Restructuring charges incurred in the prior year relate to a plan initiated in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 and completed in fiscal 2025.  During the first quarter of fiscal 2025, we entered into a settlement agreement resulting in a payment of approximately $1.5 million which resolved certain legal matters. For the three months ended June 30, 2024, approximately $0.7 million was recorded in general and administrative expenses and the remaining $0.8 million was incurred in a prior period that is not presented in the consolidated statements of operations.
 These charges relate to acquisition and business development activities, including legal, accounting and advisory services. CVLT $$$$ This is going to bounce back up fast and hard, will have to be very lucky to get in early enough, going to try though! Take a look at future projections (link provided), its a "no brainier", the Market overacted to the "non-news", I thought you only saw that kind of stuff here in Copper Country.
