As if a delisting on Nasdaq was worth a 50% haicut... The intrinsic value of the company has not changed a bit, just the access to capital slighly limited, but they just completed their major acquisition just before. If Nasdaq does not change its 1 USD rule, it will face an exodus to OTC. Greed is always bad... Quite honestly what is the magic behind the 1 dollar rule, when everyrhing is automated and what happened to NASDAQ that was created to launch tech companies? I guess they forgot their roots, does not make any sense but it will help the OTC thrive, rightly so. Up nicely today, but once again a move to OTC should have been seemless, this is a 40 cents stock, and much more after their Beop acquisition. The one going under is Nasdaq credibility, but who remembers the Internet bubble in the 2000s, Nasdaq has never recovered and has lost credibility back then

$CAUD Collective Audience Targets Massive Ad-Tech Market
Collective Audience, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAUD) is a media industry game-changer in many respects. And investors are taking notice, sending CAUD shares higher by over 47% since the start of February. However, while the run is indeed impressive, it's likely the precursor to even higher gains, especially as CAUD continues to actively stake its claim in an audience-based performance advertising and ad-tech sector that's expected to reach $2.9 trillion over the next seven years.
