AMENDMENT

State which element(s) of previous disclosure was incorrect: For Tempus Group
Plc: The number of ordinary shares purchased increased by 250,000 to a new
total of 457,100 and the number of ordinary shares sold decreased by 250,000 to
a new total of 82,144. The contract for difference previously reported as Sell
to Open of 250,000 shares has been now corrected to Buy to Close of 250,000
shares at the same price.

No other changes have been made.

understood. For options this should include the number of securities under 
option, the exercise period (or in the case of exercise, the exercise date), the
