Dividend declaration

The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean energy generation, is pleased to declare the Company's third interim dividend of 1.37 pence per ordinary share in respect of the period from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024 (the "Third Quarterly Dividend").

The Third Quarterly Dividend will be paid on or around 30 August 2024 to shareholders on the register as of 9 August 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 8 August 2024.

A portion of the Company's Third Quarterly Dividend is designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming proportion will be 0.95 pence with 0.42 pence paid as a normal dividend distribution.
