PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND CIRCULAR
Further to the announcement today in relation to the Placing and Open Offer to
raise approximately EUR26.44 million (EUR24.88 million net of expenses), Queen's
Walk announces that a Prospectus and Circular relating to the Placing and Open
Offer were approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") earlier today.
The Prospectus and Circular are expected to be posted to shareholders today and
copies of the Prospectus and Circular will shortly be available for inspection
at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services
Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
In addition, the Prospectus and Circular will shortly be available to view on
the Company's website (www.queenswalkinv.com) and copies of the Prospectus and
Circular will be available at the Company's registered office and at the offices
of Herbert Smith LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2HS during
business hours.
