14 February 2007 that, following the purchase of 437,147 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the Strathclyde Pension Fund has
a notifiable interest in 1,377,462 Ordinary Shares representing 4.19 per cent of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
