    Total voting rights

    In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of Playwize plc, the AIM listed company, announces that as at
31 December 2008 the Company's issued voting share capital consists of 1,935,180 ordinary shares of 1p each, each of which has one vote.
There are no voting shares in treasury.

    The total number of shares in issue in the Company with voting rights is therefore 1,935,180, which figure may be used by shareholders
(and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
