                        Purchase of Shares by Directors 
 
Plantic Technologies Limited ("Plantic") was notified today that Ian Wightwick, 
Chairman, and Brendan Morris, Chief Executive Officer, each acquired 200,000 
ordinary shares in Plantic at 9.2p per share on 18 March 2010. 
 
As a result, Mr Wightwick's total beneficial holding is now 270,441 ordinary 
shares, representing 0.34% of total voting rights and Mr Morris's  total 
beneficial holdings is now 458,742 ordinary shares, representing 0.58% of total 
voting rights.
