Director's Dealings

On 15 February 2011, the Company was informed by Richard Eldridge, the Chairman of the Company, that certain transfers of ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") had been effected on behalf of himself and his immediate family for tax efficiency purposes.

Firstly, pursuant to certain private arrangements between himself and certain members of the Company's staff, Mr Eldridge has effected a share transfer of 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 12p per share and a further transfer of 20,000 Ordinary Shares at 22p per share.

Secondly, Mr Eldridge has sold 88,500 Ordinary Shares at 84.5p per share.

Thirdly, 21,000 Ordinary Shares were sold at 85p per share by Vanessa Eldridge, Mr Eldridge's wife.

Following these share transactions, the holdings of Mr Eldridge and his immediate family will be 2,922,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.77 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
