Result of Annual General
Meeting and Directorate Change
Ingenta plc (AIM: ING) a leading
provider of software and services to the global publishing
industry, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to
shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier
today were duly passed.
The total votes were cast, on a

vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion
of the votes "For" and "Against" shown.
Following the passing of resolution
2, a final 2023 dividend of 2.6 pence per share will be paid taking
the full year dividend to 4.1 pence per share.
The Company also announces that
Sebastian White has stepped down as a non-executive director with
immediate effect following the closure of today's AGM.
