Expomedia Group plc was advised on 18 June 2007 by the trustees of the Expomedia
Employee Benefit Trust (the potential beneficiaries of the trust being all the 
employees of the Expomedia Group including the directors of Expomedia Group 
plc) of the acquisition of 5000 shares at a price of 116p each on 15 June, and 
5000 shares at a price of 116p each on 18 June.

The Employee Benefit Trust now has a beneficial interest in 1,821,250 ordinary 
shares representing 3.62 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the 
Group.
