The Company was notified on 13 March 2007 that Mr P A  Rooney had purchased on
13 March 2007 1,000,000 ordinary shares  of 0.1p each of the Company at a price
of 1.35p per share, bringing his total holding to 13,750,000 shares,
representing 6.20% of the Company's total voting rights.
