Company)

On 30 May 2024 the Company granted
options to employees under the Close Brothers Group plc Sharesave
Scheme 2024 (the Sharesave Scheme). This grant of options over
shares under the Sharesave Scheme included ten Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs). The following notifications,
