                              Exercise of Warrants


LONDON - 16th February 2007 - BDI Mining Corp. ("the Company") announces that it
has received an application to exercise 3,000,000 warrants to subscribe for new
Common shares in the Company at an exercise price of 25.7 pence per share.


The shares issued pursuant to this exercise will rank pari passu with all
existing Common shares in the Company, and form part of a Block Listing already
lodged with AIM.


The total number of Common Shares in issue, following this exercise of warrants,
will be 103,589,985.
