B B Holdings Limited announces acquisition of shares


Belize City, Belize, December 5, 2007 - B B Holdings Limited (London - AIM:
BBHL) ("BB Holdings") (the "Company") has been notified that Lord Michael
Ashcroft KCMG, the Chairman of the Company, has acquired an additional 55,000
ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of #2.30 per share.



His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased
to 44,910,287 ordinary shares representing 71.79 per cent of the total issued
share capital.
