                         Final Results - 31 March 2006

Asfare, a specialist supplier of products and services for the Emergency
Services and Homeland Security markets, today announces that on 25 May 2006 the
Company will announce its Final Results for the 12 months ending 31 March 2006.

An analyst meeting will be held at Abchurch Communications Limited, 5th Floor,
