Further to the announcement of 26 October 2012 regarding the publication of the Company's winding up circular, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the suspension of the listing of Ordinary Shares on the Official List and the suspension from trading on the London Stock Exchange of Ordinary Shares. The suspension became effective at 7.30 a.m. today.
