Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Aminex announces that it has issued a total of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each following the exercise of options under the Aminex PLC Share Option Scheme and the Aminex PLC Restricted Share Plan (the "Option Shares"). The exercise will provide £61,000 of additional funding to the Company, which will be used for general working capital purposes.

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") for the Option Shares to be admitted to the Official Lists and application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on the main market (standard segment) of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that such admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in the Option Shares at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on or around 26 June 2024.

Following the issue of the Option Shares, which on Admission will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, the enlarged share capital and the total voting rights of the Company will be 4,219,167,024. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
