T.H.F.C. (Funding No.2) Plc is pleased to announce that application has been 
made by T.H.F.C. (Funding No.2) Plc to the UK Listing Authority for the listing 
of  GBP72.25 million 6.35% secured bonds due 2039/41 to the Official List and to 
the London Stock Exchange for these bonds to be admitted to trading on the 
Professional Securities Market. 
 
The bonds will be fungible with the existing bonds in issue.
