the life sciences business developing probiotics to support
cardiometabolic health, announces that it has received a TR-1 Form,
which is reproduced without amendment below.
The TR1 Form reflects transfers made
from the holding of Holdingselskabet af 29. Juni 2010 Aps, the
family office vehicle of Frederik Bruhn-Petersen, to members of Mr
Bruhn-Petersen's family.
