I dont trust this company or the CEO but im all for jumping on the next pump. Just make sure you dont get in too late or out too late.

Not with tangible assets at 225 million. Just shows the realities of Amex market dynamics. You got to startsomewhere but once you get running, you get out of that market stat. We'll be near 4 soon enough..

Stand to reason that NILE is a NASDAQ issued listing. I didn't read where they were leaving Amex but makes sense. 5 days left to leave that cesspool quagmire. More insider buys make total sense knowing their market cap is subverted.

Hopefully with the name change, the split into two different companies and moving to Nasdaq makes us some money in 2022.

Looks like he's trying to find the bottom. Tax loss (With it's downward pressure) selling usually finishes around 15th December.

From what I see, it shows he has purchased since 9/9/2021 2,662,600. "Follow the money"

(Sorry I can't post the entire news post, I don't have a subscription to Seeking Alpha. You don't need much more, the opening line says it all)

at these prices I am buying in larger lots. The options are simply too cheap to write, we need at least a one day wonder, which I am confident we will get, we always do, and the volatility will allow writing those options. But at $1.60 just buy as many shares as one can thats all I can say.

Hope the name and hopefully a move helps us see what we're really worth.

It requires a filing to the NASDAQ and certain market cap or price levels. They'll be issuing a new trading symbol on the 13th..NILE.. And I hope they'll Segway to the NASDAQ. The games being played on the equity now are attempts to punish, control, or undermine listing on another market. Amex is a very controlling market, to put it in the very nicest of terms..

Not sure what is needed to be delisted from the AMEX and listed on the Nasdaq but don't understand why any CEO would stay on an exchange knowing it's hurting their PPS.

If the AMEX is hurting the company why wouldn't any CEO not realize it?

Corporate, get off the Amex and you'll get the valuation consistent with tangible assets and forward guidance. Amex is a cesspool of underhanded manipulation, worse than the pink OTC..under valued here. 225 milliontangible assets. Current mc 125ish million.

What expectations? 80 + million below tangible book value at the present time. This is about the market dynamics of Amex as I see it. But wdik..

Nice and good for you. I'm usually the buyer and bag holder..lol. Once in a while I make good on out of the money calls and puts. But I never write my own. Need to step up there.

No way this company continues on the Amex. Near term press release on NASDAQ listing IMO. They'd be foolish not to.

Symbol change to NILE by years end and I really hope they're moving to NASDAQ. The Amex market is absolutely the worst market they could or should be in. They'd be better off on the OTC at the very minimum. Sorry but it's true. Anybody that'sbeen invested or monitored the Amex market place can affirm.

4 bones initial target. Company announces plans to split into two companies, creating Bitnile as a separate entity. Allocation of shares to current shareholders yet to be determined. Hopefully they'll list on NASDAQ and transition completely off Amex. We actually might see Amex let this actually run Fwiw..

Well now you have. That's what I do. I find under valued companies and cost averagein. I wait and cost average out. Book valuehere without zero premium is 225 million. Currently valued at 150ish million. Bitcoin revenues and holdings appreciating, will exponentially add revenues. They list on NASDAQ, they'll get a far better multiple than crap Amex. Even if they don't, 10-15 is s doable. They should be at 4 now just on book.. Glta

There was never anyone who made money buying “no brainer” stock

At present their net assets are valued over 225 million with a present make market cap at a little over 150 million. Given the additional investments on Bitcoin miners, we're looking at accelerated and exponential growth here. Currently we're near sub 80 million market cap on this undervalued spac. The only benefit from being listed on the Amex, is the present opportunity to buy significantly under market cap. A listing to the NASDAQ would afford them a higher PE multiple, of which Amex consistently fails to provide. No brainer return here for the patient. Might actually be one of the top 3 get in now plays.

We got revenues and a very insightful and aggressive spac here. Despite the Amex listing, this is probably one of the best under valued plays in this area and the bonus upsides on Bitcoin investments. My hope is that they'll file for NASDAQ now that their shelf filing is complete. This has the potential to be multiple ks of percentage returns, especially from these levels. Glta

Yeah it's on Amex which is a bigger suck the wazoo and probably corporate dilution. Given all their investments, got to wonder if this companies legit. They also stated they were going to provide crypto metrics on the 15th. Instead their releasing fluff press etc. So either they're waiting for earnings release to share the crypto info or just another bag of wind.

This stock sux the BIG whazoo.

Yeah, I'm not good with options. Wish I was. Tried it once and lost...Hasbro, when Roger Rabbit was the biggest thing.

Dont give up on this puppy. I've got 37K shares and adding. Writing options against the stock is a great way to pay for the stock, whenever there is pop you can do that. Granted options are not for everyone but once you get used to it, its like found money.

unbelievable how low DPW is trading, I cant help myself but to keep buying. It's tempting to write longer dated calls against the stock to raise cash, but I am disciplining myself not to until we get a spike. Lets be clear, we will get a spike, I'd like to see around $2.40 - $2.60 to write options as the premiums will also spike. Be patient.

With everything going positive on this spac, the only reasonit isn't performing is due to being listed on the AMEX. It's the worst of all exchanges. They need to list on the NASDAQ stat...
