With strong current issues like that (not necessarily surprising) divers put out on-bottom traverse lines. Considering where the wreck is located, that's an extreme westerly shift for the Gulf Stream. Easy to check on NOAA

I’m a shipwreck enthusiast, and since……

Juno “allegedly” holds what would be the largest find in history, and this board has some of the most knowledgeable longs regarding the industry, it’s hard to stay away.

More importantly, if I am wrong about Juno, I could be a millionaire and buy a Porsche.

It’s a win, win.

There are no short cuts.

Even if the Toy works it can’t find what isn’t there.

SFRX’s research is lacking. There is nothing substantial there no matter how many excuses they give about currents or weather or whatever.

Name one huge find in state waters on the East Coast of Florida.

Just one.

Kip Wagner found 1300 gold coins and Mel Fisher found about 1200 within a few hundred yards of each other. Those are the biggest ones I know of. If there are others in state waters on the east coast please share.

Instead of pretending to be a Shrink, perhaps you should spend some time researching the industry.

The thing to understand about little bo peep in the bushes is that it is your job to figure out how he’s lying. I haven't paid attention to whatever BS is being spewed now by the non-shareholder but never put any faith into the word of anyone who once:

• Falsely repeatedly claimed a major shareholder in SFRX sold 71,200,000 shares when that shareholder actually BOUGHT shares of SFRX. “Insiders are selling!” Then tried to claim it was his wife that sold even though a filing from that same day verified neither sold any shares and they had, in fact, bought more shares.

• Said to not buy a stock that later went up 3,000% (SFRX)

• Advised, and still advises, buying a stock that then went down more than 99.99% (EXPL)

• Had the gall to say the problem with EXPL, when it was trading around 50 cents, was that there was a lack of shares available and buyers were waiting for larger blocks to be available. EXPL now at .0003 and non-trading, non-reporting. Now says EXPL is “doing fine” and “price doesn’t matter” because the only people who care about the price are people looking to sell.

• Doesn't know the difference between a promissory note and a convertible note.

• Argues the tech for the SeaSearcher is imaginary while at the same time says it already exists.

• Pretends not to understand how the SeaSearcher has value.

• Is unable to see the expanding uses for the SeaSearcher tech in multiple industries and that it can be used on many wrecks, not just one

• Says Tim Reynolds does not understand salt water

• Implies the SFRX BOD is personally selling shares when they are not.

• Says no one is promoting EXPL while promoting EXPL at the same time

• Attacks a company for 8 years without owning shares while also claiming they have a buy order submitted to "load the boat" with SFRX shares when treasure hits, after filtering through a number of excuses, now says here for the “comedy”

• Thinks Micah being found guilty by a jury on 19 counts of fraud is just part of doing business and not a big deal, "he was just found liable, not guilty!" LOL!

• Equates being reimbursed for a phone bill as the same as receiving a salary, ignores that Kyle received no salary for 12 years, now complains about his salary while overestimating it by 100%

• Brags about making money on a P&D

• Does not believe a teredo crust exist and is just ‘hype’ because they lack the experience to know about them

• Complains about everything taking too long while working behind the scenes to slow things down

• Repeats false information over and over for years. Even after being confronted with the truth. "2 of 3 items, 5 miles... etc"

• Presents information as negative when it's a non-issue.

The above list is not complete, but it's plenty to make a sound decision regarding investment advice.

Keep in mind, Seafarer is criticized:

When Seafarer’s own CEO is positive about the company.

When they communicate with the public and when they do not communicate with the public.

When the price goes up (“Insider trading!”) and when the price goes down.

When the volume is high (“Wash trading!”) and when the volume is low.

When they have a new development and when they do not have a new development.

When they do something or when they don't appear to do anything.

When they announce what they expect to happen and when they do not announce what they expect to happen.

When they communicate to the public before something happens and if they make plans to communicate to the public after something happens.

When they promote something and when they purposely don't promote something.

When they hire someone or when they fire someone.

When Kennedy takes a salary and when he does not take a salary (12 years, no salary).

When... well, I guess it could be a long list.

Eventually it will be when they do find treasure and when they don't find enough treasure.

Basically it's every single thing they, the shareholders or anyone currently or previously associated with the company do – whether good or bad.

All I know is that I would not take advice from entities that have no firsthand knowledge about the operations or understandings regarding the crew, officers, scientists or the capabilities of the SeaSearcher.

The best source of information is from the company and people who are actively engaged with the equipment, strategy and operations.

Yes, I agree they did have to go through all those things. However , the seasercher is now precise when finding a target.
They should be diving very soon if there is treasure at Juno

They claim to have the industry leading recovery process, but in 16 years they have had title but to one wreck.

They did scan it last year and the sea searcher found what were were looking for.

I am only going to explain this once.

The sea searcher was on a buoy system. So when the sea searcher said there was a target it would mark the gps location. Well because of the depth and current the sea searcher could have been 100-150 feet in any direction off. Which is why would couldn't just dive on that target. So he is not wrong, but SFRX is not going to dig just anywhere.

They had to do substantial work to be accordance of the permit. We had to grid the entire area. Then we redesigned the sea searcher to be independent from the surface boat. They had to develop a sled type system to combat the under current. They had issues with power systems because they had to move a supercomputer into the sea searcher. I will hand it to Tim and the clan. They did all of this pretty quick considering it's all custom work. They have to 3d print everything. Design everything to be able to be at the depths of 80plus feet. Obviously it has to be waterproof at that pressure. It's kinda a lot.

We got the permit in January and then had to grid everything. Then we have had a bunch of redesigns. Then weather. It all reality ALOT has been done. It is what is it. Criticize all you want. They do deserve some criticism but they ARE working hard and success will be imminent.

Got to ask. Who makes this stuff up? Doesn't exactly align with the CEO statements.

A Spanish galleon in 80 feet of water. No evidence of a to windward reef that she would have hit, so just lying there in 80 feet of water devoid of cannons but loaded with treasure. How remarkable. All the telltale signs of a scuttled ship with every thing removed first. Historically, this would not be the only time this has happened.

Fairytale believers along with a masterful toy maker. Seems that's what the company is all about. As before, my prediction, the scanning will go on and on while they try to figure out how to cover their asses. Just my opinion of course.

Tim is doing everything a scientist will want to do. He want precision and everything to be perfect. He is doing that albeit way to slow for usm Kyle is constantly battling them on procedures but the bottom line is there is treasure and SFRX will be different. Different because they are doing things correctly. That will carry to our next wreck and next one.

This is why sfrx needs to stop scanning and start digging. They just got a one million dollar loan. You mean to tell me they went through that already?
