An "investor*" recently purchased an 8% $33,000 face convertible note for $30,000. That's right, right out of the gate, there's a 10% gain for the "investor". The note is immediately convertible at 0.0003, but wait! it gets better (or worse from ppcb common holders' perspective). If shares trade below 0.0003 for five consecutive days, the note may be converted at 0.0001. This why you guys will continue to lose--because of the dilution and toxic financing. Wake up ladies!

I tried to warn you guys! There's a reason why this company cannot get any credible investor backing despite Wall Street and Silicon Valley practically begging early stage companies to take their money. Why is this reverse split the biggest one yet, that is my question. It could be several reasons and PPCB used to have OTCQB status a few years ago. Maybe they are trying to "regain" that status since they are still audited by a PCAOB Auditor (as of last 10-K).

All companies dilute and that does not stop them from succeeding. And many huge companies had to reverse split many times before succeeding. The fact is that early investors got rich. Of course there is risk, but if PRP succeeds, early investors will get very rich. VERY!

I gotta ask, if they do a 1 - 10,000 or 1 - 100,000 split with only roughly a little over half a billion shares (557 million and change) that would only leave them with 55 THOUSAND shares at the 1 -10,000 split and only 5 THOUSAND (and change) at the 1 - 100,000 split. WHY?? Personal idea, scare tactic, don't think it will be anywhere near that...if any at all! Cheers everyone!

Market cap is all that counts. Many successful giant companies have done reverse splits. PPCB market cap is under $300k and the market they are entering is over $200 billion and skyrocketing. its going to be PPCB's biggest reverse split yet and I highly believe there is a good reason for it that we dont know about yet..... if I wasn't all in on a different ticker I would think about buying PPCB now.

PPCB is always worth the quick gamble (imo) but since I was caught in the last reverse split by holding long I only hold for a few days now.

you might get cash or 1 share instead of the partial share. You would not get a partial share. After fees of the reverse split, which TDA charged me twenty something dollars on PPCB a while back, you will probably owe money.

Got a question for you veteran traders. I got 6000 shares. Hypothetically, we get 1 for 10K RS, I'd have less than one share. Regardless of RS size, would it round to one share? Not sure how that works with less shares than the RS amount.
