HEY TREE: WWOG SEEMS TO BE AN ACRONYM FOR WW OIL AND GAS,not a real stock symbol. The actual trading stock symbol is WOGI. It TRADES ONLY INFREQUENTLY.

WWNG IS THE PARENT COMPANY OF WW OIL AND GAS , along with BIOGENERICS DVFI/BIGN. Both companies owned WW OIL AND GAS as a non-traded non-listed subsidiary, until both parents spun off
shares to respective shareholders. Somewhere after it was listed.

Waverider: I thought WWNG was the trucking co., and WWOG was in the O@G business. Haven't researched either latly, just recall those thoughts from last year. So, if WWNG is doing as you say, where does that leave WWOG and the value of those spinoff shares we got a few years ago?

Pinksheets.com is worth looking at

it shows that this is a company that really is a trucking company now, having spun off WWOG. Yet the press releases talk about new property in Borden County Texas. I have checked the Texas Railroad commission record on the Gray and Swepi Leases in Borden County: there has been no production this year by Success Oil. Since the Yearly financials of WWNG show a big decline in revenue between 2006 and 2007, I wonder if WWNG owns much of a working interest in Texas.

And what ever happened to the California deal mentioned last year? It fell through and so Glover went to Texas to try and get lucky? Good luck getting a reworking rig in Texas.

This company/stock is "puffing" from looking a their press releases and lack of progress in getting anywhere- even in their fincials posted on Pinksheets. Little to no transparency and dealings with DVFI. I pass!

How is my free investment doing?

Looks like it is quiet here. I wonder if the company is doing anything....producing any hydrocarbon based products. Has anyone talked to management? Has anyone visited the company office or leases? What's happening HERE? ANYTHING?
