I just took a look at yesterdays volume to find 250 shares moved WNRS $.80
Wow, just imagine if one the people that owns a TON of shares (Lenny Tucker) had someone buy 500 shares, I can’t imagine what price the stock boulder be trading at.?

To put Directors , if you do not want to answer to your shareholders why Lenny Tucker was rewarded and issued shares for Services Rendered, and giving him the 3 year monthly $10,000 Consulting Agreement, o will not stop trying to have the SEC or any other regulatory agency do the asking.

To the Management of Winners.
I am not going to stop posting the truth until I and other shareholders see that Lenny Tucker, Diamond Capital or any other of his other entities, are off the SEC Books and Records.
Lenny Tucker, Frank Magliochetti and Wayne Root, bled everything they could in fees, expenses ,and using company money to buy Nick Panza ‘s position ,because he believed they were destroying the original Winners.
Now we come to Winners #2.
Lenny Tucker is being REWARDED in issuance of shares, and his entity, in a previous SEC File, it states, Diamond Capital (Lenny Tucker) has a (3) year Consulting Fee at $10,000 per month.
What I see as MOST troubling is the issuance of shares to Lenny Tucker, for Services Rendered
All we ask of management, WHAT services did Lenny Tucker render?
I and my life partner own multi millions of shares of Winners, knowing Lenny Tucker for many years, somehow is behind the scene of Winners.

To the shareholders of Winners,I did get a response from Jim Byrd the company attorney, which he informed me that he cannot communicate directly to shareholders, which I understand, but advised me to get the company permission to do so.
I sent an email to our company CFO, Michael Handelman asking him if he would give Mr Byrd permission to answer my concerns.
It was a wasted email knowing Handelman would NEVER go against Lenny Tucker being Lenny was his meal ticket for many years.
Looks like we shareholders will be LOSERS investing in Winners.

I have put the Byrd Law Firm on notice that Lenny Tucker is a convicted felon permanently barred from the security industry, but has received Shares for his SERVICES.
Seems the CEO, CFO and other Directors are willing to violate several SEC regulations, such as allowing Lenny Tucker to behind the scenes receive shares for Services Rendered.
Please inform us and the SEC what Services did Tucker render,
The Director's also violated another SEC Regulation regarding Diamond Capital's (Lenny Tucker) Consulting Agreement approved in an SEC filing which states that Winners has given Diamond Capital the Agreement for $10,000 per month for a period of 3 years

I had no problem sending you the important information which is detrimental to ALL us shareholders, if your firm after knowing the facts, allows Winners not to act accordingly I'm sure there are agencies that would love to get involved

Knowing Lenny Tucker a convicted Felon who did the Reg A with his Felon partner Frank Magliochetti, us shareholders do not stand a chance.
By the way, once they do the money raise, Lenny Tucker who in so sort of a DEAL, has a Consultant Agreement for $10,000 per month.

10 million shares offered AFTER the RS. And now the unrestricted are only 123M. So shareholders now will be screwed since after the RS they hold ~400K all together which will be combined with 10M newly issued ones.

I hear you. Plenty trades in the last few days were in five to six digits behind the decimal point. That typically is a hint that MMs are not trading upon retailers bids but rather when when dilution hits. And, yes, the SS untypically for WNRS has not been updated in almost a month. I am waiting for the next SS update before giving a recommendation. I did by 2m last week though based on knowing that momentum and volume can finally hit again. If the oo1's bids get smacked again I will just flip for little gains BUT I will also keep some shares in case a penny run starts...that can happen based on regular filings, updates and market sector if the company gets business going.

Last week (0.0051) proved the pps can jump any time. So, yes, a cent or two are easily possible even befir further news.

Since it is still under the radar after the phenomenal spike now there is a massive dump exactly as I predicted few days ago. Due to the long wait before I had removed all my bids at 001 and (unfortunately) sold most my shares for a little profit. But now I am convinced the company will come back and, also, massive swings will occur....so I bought today at 0016, have also big bids at 001. This should play out nicely, since there are no significant convertible loans out, the SS and Market Cap is miniscule, and the potential is enormous.

That is accurate. Anyways we have to see how this business concept plays out now that no group jumped in to pump the ticker...still under the radar and back to the basics.

Moneyline never updated their IPO prospectus. The filing you shared also doesn't mention their current products so I wouldn't draw too many conclusions from it.

WNRS basically had no operations, so I view this move as a positive. I do think there's a market for AI enhanced sports betting tools. Will be interesting to see how they execute. I think the risk/reward is extraordinarily favorable at this price.

Where did you find the financial information on Moneyline? It's a private company with no disclosures to the best of my knowledge. They do have products and operations. You might want to check out the website. They've also received $2mm in VC funding to this point.
