10Q out and just wow.. 100k of revenues years after FDA approval.. obviously failed on sales strategy and giving the joint venture partner all but 51% ownership of the laser now looks like another foolish move. Also they never completed the deal for stealthmark... epic failures to execute imo but it always seemed to be a long shot with the newer inexperienced team post AK..

Then we get this piece of artwork below in the filing.

"In addition to the above grants, during the year ended September 30, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the issuance of a combined total of 41,353,731 restricted shares of the Company’s common stock (“Escrow Shares Account”) to its Officers and Directors all of which will only be issued upon the sale or merger of the Company" JUST WOW and that is a year and a half old that footnote is.. likely no buyers are out there willing to pay enough to cover the $4M plus of debt with most of that due to the recipients of the 41M shares when or if sold... Looks like toast to me...

For chits and giggles search Google for psoriasis laser equipment and then click the shopping button. There seems to be dozens of options for sale competing in the space.. lack of a sales strategy and wasted time has really screwed the little guy over here..

If you think Management is doing a good job then you should call them and tell them so they hear it personally. If you think they chit the bed laying on their arse with no real business strategy then you can always tell them that as well..

We are all looking for sales to increase. The last qtr just released had just over $70k and that likely needs to be shared with the minority owner of the laser. They need a go to market strategy and plan and so far I don't see it and nothing has been announced..

Crickets!?... what is going on with this stock?! I may have too much invested in this stock. It would be nice to at least break even! It does not have very far to go to do that...

So, any hope to share would be good.

Oh my goodness, I click to many times. I am so sorry.

I came down to Orange County this morning and I thought I would stop by DTI Holdings. There were no cars in the parking lot, so I looked inside, and the building was empty. There is a “For Lease” sign in the window as well. I went to the building next door, which is occupied by Lexus and the receptionist told me that DTI Holdings was evicted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in 09/2020. So, I looked it up and she was right. I found the information on https://www.occourts.org/ She also said there has been no activity in that building since 04/2020. It is Court Case No: 30-2019-011834-CU-UD-CJC Their website has also changed to only one page with no real content and no new address. A friend of mine who invested in DTI Holdings so I will ask him what happened.

I have the same question about this. DTI Holdings shows Femtobitz as part of their company on video on their Facebook page. It is on a poster in the background.

Anything new going on here?

Yesterday was a great Test of the Jan 4 bottom spring behavior. This is entering the final stages of the accumulation structure and ready for breakout. When the news drops, oh boy, $1+ dollar land.

There are a lot of short sales here. Folks were betting
on this company not being able to make it. Most of the money
was generated by our own guys without increasing the stock float.
I remember my broker calling me and asking if I have any shares to sell for Dauphin Technology. The stock hit over 10 dollars.Once good news comes look out here.

Still extremely quiet around here for a stock about to post positive sales with the Protec 99... This will run hard.
