We have spoken to the attorneys at the SEC. SHE Beverage scammed us all. Kat, Lupe and Sonja are seasoned scam artists who lie about almost everything, when asked, if they even respond at all. They got us for a lot of money. They got a lot of people. Then to add insult to injury, out of spite, Lupe does a no cash fake deal with another career con artist, Joseph Collins (Punch TV Studios and URBT CEO who has also been sued twice by the SEC for running an identical scam operation as SHE Beverage). Now he has all of our personal data that we had entrusted to SHE Beverage. His stock is worthless and his reputation is even worse. He will never take URBT anywhere and Punch TV Studios is already no more. He and Kat and Lupe and Sonja will hopefully all go to prison for a long time. Don't waste your time with Joseph or his fake transfer agent, Ron. They just want our $115. They did the same thing to former investors with Punch TV Studios, charging them for stock certificates that the investors never received. These people are predators in our community.
