It's an existing legacy product, effectively owned by another company - which has since been forfeited - so it appears Patrick Kelly opened a new company and put a willing substitute on the documents... Waterman doesn't even list 11Three on his LinkedIn profile! The 11Three website features a timeline that suggests it has been in operation since 2018, yet it was only incorporated in 2025.

They are looking to raise $5M for a 'national' roll-out - in the deck it states that distribution will be handled by CentennialRx (Centennial Pharmacy Services) - and it also suggests that Dalton is involved with CentennialRx... yet if you visit their website (https://www.centennialpharmacy.com ) there is no mention of him - nor is there any evident connection between the two on the web or via corporate records.

Also note Univec is not featured or listed in the pitch deck.

One== he has never been held accountable by 95% of the investors, they keep making excuses for him , some never was in it but for trading it. nothing wrong in that as long as they stayed silent, but the few who did nothing but pump it 24-7, then go silent are the ones who need held accountable with Dalton for running the pump and dump with him.

UNVC has always been a Penny-Scam Fraud.

This is so true, I watched his LinkedIn account for the past 2 days, he picked up 130 followers, now that took some time sending out all those request.

But yet he's building a AI company in the health care industry, as him and Lamont was on it 24/7, biggest joke of a traded ticker on the OTCM.

A debt ridden company, no business, no profits.

The President Lamont Ellis, Lauren Herron VP-OPS, Michael Knight-Director all are under Investigation, and if you follow it, it isn't looking that good for them, but it is Maryland where recently they couldn't even account for Millions funded to Non-Profits.

They are trying to clean up all the waste that they have let occur.
