The 24-Year "Cycle of Decay"
Era Action Result
002–2007 Trademark & Product
Core trademarks like RX PLUS and RX ULTRA were filed but allowed to expire/go "historic." The "operational" side of the business effectively ended.
2009 The Total Collapse The Maryland Charter was Forfeited, the NY Branch was Dissolved, and the Baltimore Court stripped Dalton of his title, naming him a Trustee for Liquidation.
2014–2020 The Name-Change "Wash" The company was renamed "Univec Conglomerate" (an old name from 1997). This period saw almost zero revenue but kept the shell "warm" on the OTC markets.
On June 19, 2021 the Company changed name from Univec Conglomerate, Inc., to Univec, Inc., filed with the State
of Delaware, Division of Corporations on June 21, 2021 file number 2670427
2021–Present The 1.28 Billion Share "Harvest" Despite the 2009 Trustee status, Dalton issued 1.28 billion shares to himself for "debt conversion" and millions more to consultants like Bridgeview Capital.
Case Number:
24C08007222 City of Baltimore Dev. Corp $129,293.30 Proves the company owes the very city it claims to operate in.
24L09007441 United States of America $88,830.14 A federal judgment is a massive red flag; it often involves unpaid taxes or federal agency penalties
24C05006352 Nubenco Enterprises Inc $82,503.08 Shows a long-term pattern (dating back to 2005) of failing to pay business partners.
Legal Disclosures: The CV-2019-008314 (Delaware County, PA) fraud settlement involving the CEO and the company’s narratives appears to be a material omission in the context of the Management Certifications filed for the 2021–2026 periods.
None of the Legal Disclosures/Judgements were made public,
Looks as though he has gotten away with it all...

Many years ago, Dalton said, "Success is in my genes."
I said that with this statement, Dalton revealed his arrogance.
Dalton was undoubtedly very successful, but as a person, he is
a wreck, puffed up with "pride."
That's what will be his downfall—or perhaps it already has been!

How many invested in UNVC, honestly really think that David Dalton can launch anything with UNVC. The President Lamont Ellis, Lauren Herron VP-OPS, Michael Knight-Director all are under Investigation, and if you follow it, it isn't looking that good for them, but it is Maryland where recently they couldn't even account for Millions funded to Non-Profits.
They are trying to clean up all the waste that they have let occur. Recent audits and investigations in Maryland have revealed significant, recurring issues with tracking state funds, with billions of dollars in taxpayer money, federal funds, and non-profit grants frequently lacking proper documentation, oversight, or accountability.
My opinion UNVC will never be anything other than what it is.

Funny I went and read some of the other board today, seems they are finally realizing that they all have gotten conned.
All the clown does is post nonsense posts, Metaverse-AI- has been integrated into the UNVC platform, without showing the proof.
UNVC will never be anything more than to supplement his his high-living life style.
In 15 more days another year will have passed, not any closer to a legitimate revenue producing company then 10 years ago...
I was surfing this board, found an interesting conversation from 2012, from a man who would truly know all about the inner-workings of UNVC.

Even funnier, Timmy is back to 'Final Countdown'
The final, final, final, final countdown? Day-to-day? Doctoberfest? Boomage?
Call me a cynic, but I do find it suspicious that Lil' Timmy starts posting all his pumpy trash around the same time that Doc starts becoming more active on social media again... allegedly they were in contact previously, and some suspected that they were in cahoots.
Nothing has changed.

I asked GORK What is the percentage rate of Univec Inc reaching 0.10 per share:
Based on the absence of viable growth drivers, regulatory hurdles for OTC stocks, and historical performance, the realistic probability of UNVC reaching $0.10 per share within the next 1–2 years is 0%. Over 5–10 years, it remains negligible (under 1%), as sustained appreciation to that level would demand a complete business turnaround, which shows no signs of materializing. Investors should treat UNVC as a high-risk, speculative play with potential for further dilution or delisting rather than appreciation.

People looking to recover losses, form a group and take legal action, 99% has been debunked, I saw some posts about a CEOs fiduciary duties,
The CEO has a legal obligation to act in the best interests of the company and its shareholders, prioritizing their interests above their own. This includes acting with care, loyalty, and disclosure. Failure to uphold these duties can lead to legal consequences, including financial penalties and removal from the position.
A breach of fiduciary duty can have serious repercussions for the company and the CEO. Shareholders may pursue legal action to recover losses, and the CEO could face financial penalties, legal liability, and even removal from their position, even if he does own 55% of the company.
Board of Directors; are Dalton, Lamont Ellis, Michael Knight (Independent Director) While a majority vote from the board is generally required, this power can be restricted by the company's specific bylaws;
We know Lamont nor Michael would vote against Dalton, does anyone even know what UNVC'S bylaws are, if any.

They say connect the "DOTS" Chaitra Inc with UNVC, just because "DAD" Dalton is listed in the Pa. filing as V-President, Treasure, Secretary, from 28 years ago.
They might want to check the State Of Pa about business licenses.
