It looks to me like they updated the profile description with this info, which would be strange to do, if not actually the new business that they’re entering into.

Agreed, very surprised that this is doesn't do better so far. The so called "upmove" is misleading because these were articial lows at 25 cents, the stock was at the 1-1.50 buck level many times over the years with zero progress or anything else. Problem is there isn't much out there in terms of that new company coming in, once this changes and I hope it isn't a complete dude, this could run fast on this float.

I'm glad that it's finally clear that this ticker has nothing to do with any of this "credit card" stuff just as I pointed out numerous times here in the past.

Thanks for pointing me to it. That said the issue still stands as I said yesterday. None of that Ecard stuff and business is relevant until it is correlated with this ticker which it is not at this time. The issue is not that some things take longer than expected. The issue is that if you read the latest filing there isn't a single word, not a single mention of anything related to that credit card or pre paid card business or whatever that stuff is. There has been news a year ago that the first cards had been given out, yet there is zero in sales a year later and zero mention of such business in the entire filing. And on top of that they openly talk about hoping to get some revenue generating business into the shell at some point in time. So the situation is clear for now. That was my only point.

Now they might come up with something in the future or they are going to put that card stuff into the shell at some point in time, who knows. One would think if they planned this they would mention it at least once in the filing.

As promised a few days ago by the CEO, the website has been updated a few min ago, like I said in the real world things take time. I just thought I would let you know.

And since you highlighted this certain business in connection to this ticker for the last 12 months or longer, I'm just wondering that you wouldn't care that in no word this business is mentioned anymore. Didn't you buy because of the credit card stuff? I mean it was good enough to pump this thing up to 8 bucks but still.

All this stuff is 8-10 months ago and if you read todays filing there are no sales of any kind nor is there any mention of anything that would point to any such business in any way. In fact this is written in the filing:


"For the quarter ended June 30, 2019, we had net loss of $7,472 as compared to a net loss of $7,694 for the year ended June 30, 2018. The decrease in loss was due primarily to decrease in operating expenses through better budget control. This loss is not expected to recur in subsequent periods. Unless and until the Company completes the acquisition of an operating business, the Company’s expenses are expected to consist of the legal, accounting and administrative costs of maintaining a public Company"


And no this is not boilerplate stuff. So right now this is nothing but a very highly priced shell at this point in time. No credit card or pre paid business or anything such and no referral in any way at all in the entire filing from what I could find. So what happened here?

It can surely be there for a longer time already but it's certainly not boiler plate, if they would have a revenue generating business into the symbol already, it would not be there IMO. I need to look into that more closely now, I was just interested where you have been coming up with this stuff you mentioned in regards to ECRD in the last 12 or 18 months.

I can copy the paragraph later that I'm referring to (can't copy paste on this computer), but it says something like the new management team is seeking to aquire an operating business and I thought they have this credit card stuff already.

There is an Active business behind this (Shell) for lack of a better term, as to why its not listed as a non shell yet is anyone's guess. but the CEO is not hard to get in contact with except his standard answer is "all new info will be posted on the website"

Interesting! The more I look at this MBOT...I'm trying to find connections between ECRD and EVCC. It's kind of the same set up at pinksheets and the address listed is very close to each other. I'm smelling some huge money that could possibly be involved with both tickers. A little time will tell~

oh, sorry. The uplist part is only speculation on my part, in my opinion it would be the natural course things to come. It really does not matter to me tho, as there are currently many major companies listed under the pink sheets status that are trading at thousands of dollars a share.

If my memory is correct, I would have to say since 2017, but its not Ecard inc. you should be concerned with, its Eastone Equities that hold 90% of the shares and they didn't even bother to register them yet. Honestly I don't think they will register them until this gets uplisted to a major exchange.
