I’ve been invested in TXTM since RSAMMDA LLC acquired TXTM JUN 2022 and one of the reasons they acquired TXTM was for their Extraction Technology to go along with their Kettle system! And now they have integrated Nano Technology to this process which reduces the amount of Delta-9 THC psychotic element even more, to like nothing! FDA law .3% or lower. This is a game changer for folks with body pain that medical cannabis can help (off opiates!), especially for those of us prior service or active duty, and that still hold security clearances! Medical cannabis does help and no need for opiates!!

First:
The major point being – $TXTM Chairman & President Dr J. is buying these unrestricted public common shares at current open market prices as indicated in the filing when comprehended correctly! So the company CHMN & President has been buying hundreds of millions of public common shares at market prices and up to 775+ million shares. Hellooooooooo!!

Second:
NONE of us retail buyers know who the stock purchase program shareholders are – I wasn’t contacted! So, was any retail SH here contacted?? I don’t think so! Let’s see who could those shareholders be and my SWAG – could it be the brokers like OTCN (OTCM Broker), CDEL and others that got caught with their pants down heavy short and are trying to avoid lawsuits for damages done to TXTM for 2.7years with the Caveat Emptor (CE) label OTCM placed on them with NO evidence! No major broker would allow buys, but you could sell - that sure does help the shorts!! The CE came off JUN 2025 and NEVER proved any wrongdoing! Anyone that’s been invested and following this stock from the acquisition timeline JUN 2022 knows those are the FACTS! I think that’s a very good possibility Dr. J worked something out with OTCM/OTCN and other brokers to purchase blocks of their shares at current market prices!

Yes that is what we are waiting for. The audit and Deloitte valuation. But I'm thinking they wanted to get everything in place with the new website first before releasing anything.

And the other question I have if these seeds are so valuable there must be insurance it's not like they're sitting in sacks in the barn there must be an insurance policy that they can screenshot that can give us an idea of the value there is no way they're not insured if I worth millions and millions of dollars 🤷

In exchange, upon harvesting, the Grower will deliver new seeds to the Company in the amount of approximately four times the number of seeds delivered under the program. The agreement is subject to customary representations and warranties, including specifications of the new seed quality.
After reading that same para again, how do you get it's the "same ole seeds"??

So the company provides the current seed inventory for planting a new crop and in return they get the same number of seeds back plus approx. 4x more seeds. It's right there in black and white for all to see.

Oh yeah the OTCM scam CE they put on TXTM and NEVER proved any wrongdoing coz the Company NEVER did anything that warranted the CE label. OTCM with their own broker OTCN and their buddies at CDEL got caught with their pants down shorting this stock when over .015 range!

I look forward to when we're trading on the big boards and after that Dr. J goes after and sues OTCM for damages!! Friggin OTCM penny stock scammers!!

There's an agreement between the company and grower for the Inventory Seeds Multiplication Agreement Program:

That's done every time they plant the TXTM seeds inventory. The last filing shows the dates this has been done. Hope this helps!

The shelf life in normal temp is around 2 to 5years and control refrigerated environment 5+ years.

It is running in a channel. As soon as there is good news we should move up in significant way.

It takes very minimal DD to realize that this is a very legitimate investment.  Legitimate investments are almost non existent on the OTCID level.  Unbelievably fortunate to have a chance to be invested at these levels. 

I can’t vision a scam here has way too much on the line, on his part, in more ways than one. I think once some things drop stuffs really going to explode.. furthermore look at the gains in the last yr.. excited to be an investor here 

Also I think once the new website is complete, Dr.J is going to start dropping the bombs. I'll wait.
