I have no idea how this all will turn out....but I have to say that so far working with Robert has been great. Very professional.

They are giving us shares in new entity, that's kinda odd in OTC...

I don't know any deep dark secrets about him. The colorful stuff is public and wasn't that hard to find. People who make the effort to find it can decide for themselves whether it's relevant or not.

Is there something specific about his colorful past that is relevant or do you just want to keep negative innuendo going based on the past results of others?

So basically what I know is this. TVOG stock for all practical purposes is done. No more. A new company has bought the assets/debt/everything. As such shareholders of TVOG will get shares in the new company. How much I don't know. I was also told a major financial institution is behind this deal....so that is good.

I believe shareholders should be getting emails from the new company asking you to submit documentation of how many TVOG shares you have so that new shares can be distributed.

Pretty much all I know. I would say it is better than what they had here before. How much better?

200 shares traded since May15th.

Actually the only reason I am semi positive on this is because finally the old management is getting out. It is being bought out my all new people.

They HAVE been interesting. What they haven't been is worthy of an investment.

I mean cmon....think about it. Why would a reputable finance company want to buy a shell OTC company unless they had a private co ready to come in?

Turner is delighted to announce the completion of this deal, which was finalized on Friday, May 19th, 2023. The way I understand it is shareholders get new shares valued at around .01 per share or somewhere around there. What the value of those shares is after that depends on whatever the bank can bring in as an acquisition.

Well the company called me and I was told that they talked to as many other shareholders as possible. From what I understand there may be sort of deal between TVOG and a financial entity that will in essence end TVOG and create a new company out of it. Hence TVOG would not need filings. At what price this can all happen? I don't know.

Not sure if anyone is aware but TVOG is off the pinks and onto the expert market. I assume because of no filings. That means no bid size and ask size will show...so essentially no L2. You can still buy and sell it however.

This does not mean they can't get back on the pinks with filings....they can. It isn't like the grey's where you have to wait a certain amount of time either.

That being said from the little I know of TVOGs situation.....this was planned and in the end could lead to something much bigger and better. Of course we have seen and heard that before so TVOG shareholders will have to wait and see as usual.

Another tid bit. This all started with a $2000 loan my wife made to the company 6 years ago. It was supposed to be paid back in one year.

We have heard every excuse in the book and they just WILL NOT pay her. If it wasn't so sad it would be comical. TVOG raised over $200 K a year and a half ago and did they offer to pay her back? Nope. My wife is not a shareholder. She is not a stock person. She did it as a favor to Tim Smith. This has really upset her obviously.

The best thing yet? When my wife made the loan? The contract was signed by Steve Helm. Only thing is...when I talked to Steve a year later about it he had no idea about the loan and he never signed anything.

So who signed it for him? I know but I will save that. But lets just say doing something that way is highly highly illegal and the SEC would shut down TVOG when this comes out in court. And believe me that is just the tip of it all. It gets worse.

I will start out with this.

Steve Helm....CEO of TVOG for many years...was scammed just like the rest of us. He is literally the tip of a 600 feet under the water iceberg.

A multi million dollar lawsuit is coming.....

My wife loaned this company some money 6 years ago. Supposed to be paid off after 1 year at most. Sadly management here....including Jordan B....is still giving me the runaround. It is ridiculous but these people have no intention of paying her...a person who was never even involved in this company but did it as a favor to Timothy Smith...her money back.

So...since I am no longer under an NDA and my wife's honor..and money is at stake...it is about to become Armageddon for TVOG.

Herban Healing is a profitable operation led by Kyle Williams. Does online sales and has 3 retail spots. They are looking to expand this area, but the bigger and more promising direction is with ev, They are talking to several companies who want to go public

Management has been honest about direction and typically follows through although it takes longer than anyone wants. They restructured from mis management and became a venture group. Then bought Bloomi labs, then bought Herban healing. The CBD side can grow into including magic mushrooms as well as cannibis as those are legalized. Big upside. Now they are tackling EV and bringing in compatible companies. I would like to know more but we wont until the ink is dry. I am buying more as the price will never be this low again.
