SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
I received several emails where shareholders are asking for some "deal" details and I'm more than happy to clear up a few things!
1. Auri Inc., as we disclosed, developed and owns its own line of Wellness and Nutraceutical products.
2. Due to 2018 "Hemp Farm Act", we can now LEGALY sell and ship both CBD and THC ( Delta 9) infused products to 48 USA states.
3. Auri Inc ., currently has several pending acquisition deals. One of the deals in Florida, involved a current creditor/owner file for chapter 11 banktruptsy protection. This was done, so that over 15 Million Dollars worth of equipment, inventories and property would be "free and clear", and the sellers would "roll it up" as equity in the new "wholly owned" subsideary of Auri Inc. NOTE: for those who may not know how chapter 11 works, the basic deal is that , the New owners, will pay off the original investment FROM the future cashflows and receivables. ( and that particular company did over 120 million last year, so there is no issues making payments on a few million dollars).
4. Some have commented on the fact that our recent celebrity had a few scrimages with the law, and some other legal issues in the past. My group had workes with some of the greatest celebraties in the world, and while we do focuse on their talents and skills that delivered them to the world stage, we do not forget that they are human and "Life Happens" . Our company celebrates achievements and talents in order to showcase the Positive Wellness and Health enhansements that our porducts deliver , however, we do not condone any criminal actions, violence and overall disrespect to others.

Eddie Vakser owes me 20M$ since 2013. Under Texas ucc laws securities are a 20 years statute of limitations to file a lien on a secured transaction guaranteed by securities. Eddie promised me a partnership and preferred shares of his own personal preferred stock and cash combination to secure my company in acquisition and agreement was mutually agreed upon with a mutually agreed press release to solidify the deal. Eddie never honored the deal after the acquisition of my business.

My lien did its purpose. We stopped a scammer and predator from taking advantage of people. I'm happy. I'm just still upset I will never see my $20M from Vakscam but the lien remains and pressure applies to Vakscam and his cronies to this day to pay up.

To all Eddie Vakser shareholders; I spoke with SEC Attorney F. Parco on numerous occasions out of Dallas, Texas office and he informed me recently in our last conversation that of the following.

1) TSSB has a criminal complaint division for criminal charges against scammers which SEC is jealous of which you can contact regarding all complaints against Vakser.
2) He is happy all of Vakser toxic ticker's are finally hitting expert market. He said he wishes the SEC could have done more to Vakser in 2013 with (ARTS) than they did such as "criminal charges."
3) Mr. Parco says all penny stock shareholders are morons who invest into Vakser companies or other penny stocks and if you took losses and he will tell you to your face his as he said with all the dirt publicly available against Vakser on the internet he doesn't feel one ounce of pity for you as penny stock holders are greedy and are always out for a quick get rich dream. Mr. Parco said always do your due diligence on who you invest with.
4) Mr. Parco could not confirm if Vakser is under and/ or talk about any pending federal investigations if any exist into Vakser.

Eddie needs to see a shrink badly for a proper mental health diagnosis. Vakscam probably is suffering from narcissistic personality disorder and delusions of grandeur for many years. As someone who cares about anyone with mental health issues please get help Eddie. You clearly need it and are in denial about your issues.

Kool, I'm sure Ed plans to capitalize on tsrr at everyone's expense, it's what he does. I don't think Ed has and honest bone in his body!

BDGR+PRPM are dying...yet TSRR gets an annual report on 4/6/22? BDGR and PRPM didn't even rate a "notice of late filing" on OTC. That causes me to assume he hasn't paid his OTCIQ fees because his last activity on there was "News" reports on 2/23/22.

That POS Tradestar rotted in the GREY market for nearly many many years. In fact there's no record of any disclosure/filing by him for TSRR until 07/05/2021. Prior tto that it was listed as a subsidiary of his ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL

If Edward Vaksers, 300 million shares are restricted for 2 years because he's and affiliate how does he manage to sell shares? Is this like rob from Petrov to pay Edward?

Oh I'm sure he sleeps just fine...reportedly with the help of a couple bottles of wine. IMO he feels that anyone who invests in his tickers has been more than warned of the risks via his "forward looking/ safe harbor/ CEO disclaimers." Sadly those are the ONLY parts of his grandiose PR's that are guaranteed!!!

As for his "business plans" it's one thing to announce them IF done in "good faith." However, time and again he takes money from investors and uses none of it to follow thru and build a business. Recent example:

When he was born Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union. His father Isko was a shoemaker/repair guy and the family immigrated here while Eddie was a kid or teen. Not sure if he ever bothered to become a naturalized US citizen but that's neither here nor there. In the past 12 years he has fronted a dozen tickers and all are scams with not a single "business" to show for all that public money raised. It began with his ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL INC which he wrecked with mountains of toxic debts and massive reverse splits. One was a 1-for-50 R/S followed a year later by a 1-for-24,000!!!

In 2013 the SEC took him to task for lying to investors by claiming the books were audited. They gave him a 2nd chance to comply and he said he had begun the process. A month later they followed up and discovered he had lied to them about that as well. Here's the smackdown wherein the SEC "permanently revoked" the company.

IMO Eddie doesn't actually "own" these tickers. I personally think he's a front man for those that do. ARTFEST had ties to the criminals operating "Big Apple Consulting" (Google that). He had tried for several years to launch an art print MLM enterprise similar to the bankrupt INTERNATIONAL GALLERIES INC" (Google that as well and add "bankrupt") scam he was mixed up with before discovering penny scamming. IMO he took his idea to BAC and they helped him secure a ticker in need of a front man with a business idea to pump.

These included TSRR, PRPM (both appearing in ARTFEST filings as subsidiaries), PBHG, SUTI, and TDEY (changed to JMDP run by Eddie's old ARTFEST lawyer and toxic financier followed by a 1-for-50,000 R/S and now owned by someone else and trading as SLDX).

Edward Vakser was indicted by the Dallas County grand jury for "felony theft" (of artworks valued more than $20,000) on 2/12/2014. He was arrested and jailed on 3/17/2014. When he appeared before the magistrate h informed then that he was a Ukrainian citizen. According to rules set by the Vienna Convention, the Magistrate was compelled to notify counsular officials at the Ukrainian Embassy that one of their citizens had been arrested. The document has been posted multiple times on IHub but I'd need to dig it up.

The Dallas D.A. prosecuted him for over a year. On the eve of the trial the D.A. announced he had cut a deal to pay "full restitution of $27,500" to his victim in exchange for dropping all charges. True to form, Eddie went on a PR bliz of lies claiming he "had been fully vindicated."

Even after being confronted with the facts he/ they swore it was a different guy, threatened legal action for libel etc. The guy (who lived in single-wide mobile homes in other people's names) had zero qualifications to run a public company. His only asset was being a loyal pumper for Eddie.

Eddie chooses not to disclose how long his new 300 million shares are restricted for. He also increased the A/S from 500 million to 1 billion but, IMO, will blow thru that in no time.

The attorney letter was filed on Tuesday. Normally that results in an irrational run but not today. Stock is down -43% albeit on low volume.

kool, he's a very gifted man the owner operator of 7 companies. He's paid himself 300 million shares for the shear pleasure of owning Tsrr. I'm sure his brilliance in owning the other 6 companies has rewarded him also. He must have billions of shares expressing his self adulation. He could very well be the biggest owner of single shares in the otc. Brilliant, super nova, as bright as the center of nuclear fission.
