Yes, but as you mentioned on Mar 11 they updated and resubmitted their application to Finra, so hopefully it will get done this time.

They needed to raise $5 or $10milloon in the beginning of this story. Something they clearly have no clue how to do.

On February 16, 2024, the Company submitted a new provisional patent application to the USPTO covering new active pharmaceutical ingredients. The registration change has yet to be updated and still remains showing being registered to the former patent holder. The additional information with respect to this new filing will be made available in the near future once official registrations have been properly updated.

On December 16, 2022, the Company announced it has applied for name and symbol change to reflect its new name of ALZEX NEUROPHARMA INC. and is awaiting final approval from FINRA of its Corporate Action

Alzex is a South Korean pharma company. Pharma is a time suck.

They have gotten pissy with the name changes. Used to be habitual R/S shells.
They really want to kill off the entire R/M sector.

Since the change in FINRA format with the 15-C-2-11, reverse mergers have been back burnered in hopes the new companies coming forward will go through the private placement process whereby only those allowed to partake in the expert market can participate and the company can go public through the more traditional process of going public.
Companies registered in Connecticut are almost impossible to go through the reverse merger process however those registered in Nevada (like this one) take about a year.
No professionals will invest serious money in this until the name change and symbol change are complete.

Symbol name change doesn't do much for me.
