Yet another game play on the OTC. Shocking.

Less than 2%. Studies show around 83% of OTC stocks lose money, with a median return of -97% — meaning half lose almost everything.  Only about 1-2% see big gains, like 10x or more, and even fewer graduate to major exchanges like NASDAQ or NYSE. Stick to higher tiers, not OTCID. OTCID — the new bottom tier — is basically the old Pink with minimal info, where returns are worst and graduation to NASDAQ is under 1%. Not confident in TGNT it seems to be floundering in the market. Time will tell

Why do companies even bother listing if they have no intention of filing properly. Just screws the shareholders. Makes it look like a delinquent company.

If you look at this getting Bob Davis the inventor of the process and founder back on the Board says a lot here . it was also a Management change and in sense a Change of Control .
