The first hearings on the Biden administration’s marijuana rescheduling proposal that were set for next week have now been canceled following a legal challenge from pro-reform witnesses, a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) judge has ruled.

While DEA Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) John Mulrooney rejected key arguments from rescheduling proponents about how alleged improper communications and witness selection decisions by DEA Administrator Anne Milgram warranted the agency’s removal from the process altogether, he ultimately granted a request for leave to file an interlocutory appeal—canceling the scheduled January 21 merit-based hearing and staying the proceedings for at least three months.

I assume this is a positive move since the proponents of rescheduling are litigating this. So now we see what trump's admin does with the can. He said he was in favor of Safe and rescheduling. Schumer was a failure.

It looks like it expired in 2019.

We are now in who knows where land with a new congress. Will they or won't they pass Safe Banking. It's anybody's guess because congress is flux with the new admin coming in a few days. So while we wait, TCNNF is making money and the stock isn't getting the bump up yet. That will change if and when we can see Safe Banking pass and get signed into law. I think trump will be pretty busy for a while, so we'll see which items his is most concerned with. Hopefully his chief of staff can put it before him as a somewhat priority.

That was my thinking also. Schumer was a disappointment in getting anything done. Now we see if the trump admin will follow through. Like so many things, there is no guarantee he will follow through. Meanwhile TCNNF is making large amounts of money and expanding. I think we see the next earnings report by the end of Feb. That will shed light on the improvements they've made in costs and expansion.

Now the tax loss selling season is over, imo we start going back up again, probably morso after people's 30 days are up to avoid a wash sale

Nice run up on TCNNF this morning. Up .66 or 12.92 %. Hopefully the beginning of a trend. Maybe the senate will pass banking.

It seems like I'm always looking at events that could change the trajectory of TCNNF and they are always two months off. I look for TCNNF to buy assets of some of the failing MJ companies. 2025 will be quite the opportunity for the leaders like TCNNF to expand their operations by acquisitions of the weaker companies. The lack of progress by the feds has impacted the smaller players dramatically.

Schumer has failed the MJ community. Time for a change. May 2025 be the year we get past the log jam of do nothing politicians. I think TCNNF is well positioned in the scheme of things. They possibly know two high level appointees that might just move things along. My prediction is $50 by April 2025. So far my predictions have been sabotaged by our elected officials.

From the video I posted, the dude said it didn't matter what the head of the agencies have said about MJ, the trump agenda will be carried out regardless. Let's hope trump follows through on rescheduling and banking. So since Schumer and the democrats have failed us. We have to rely on trump getting something passed. I don't like the smell of alcohol, can we eliminate it in FL. Everywhere you go people are drinking and I hate the smell. Help us out here desantis. 😃

The article I posted previously seems to indicate trump will move toward rescheduling and banking in Feb or Mar.

No news, so no positive movement in the stock price. I'm thinking 2025 has to be better than 2024. Biden didn't get anything done, Schumer didn't get anything done and Desantis thwarted everything else. We need some positive news of something substantial happening. Until then I'm holding.

New lows today. No help from congress on regulations. Will trump come through on the rescheduling issue, it remains to be seen. Unless Biden has some way to do something, we won't see any regulation changes until after we have a new administration. Schumer can't get anything done. trump is backtracking on some of his promises, will MJ be one of them. We don't know.

Someone shortly after introduced me to Bitcoin at 8$ …yes, 8$. I did no homework and spend my time arguing rather than being curious. That was 12ish years ago and Bitcoin just broke 100,000 $ last week . So moral of the story, its never to late to question everything you know and go deeper into what you dont know. TCNNF isn't the stock for weak hands. I personally didn't buy the stock for a quick return. As with all of my other investments I maintain a long term view and have been adding. Why do people who have no stock or interest in the company keep posting. Is it because they want to make themselves think they are smart or want others to think they are smart. An investment in stocks like TCNNF is not for the weak and you have to have enough money not to worry about it. This is a highly regulated industry and so far our politicians aren't helping anything.

Nah, being stubborn to prove you got a trade right, even if it takes years, is waaay more important than learning how to add another tool to your quiver and make money in the meantime. 

Horse to water and all that. It's really unfortunate, but I tried.

I see people all the time trying to take credit for something they didn't predict, but used something that has no relevance to justify their opinion. The stock price is where it is right now because we have a do nothing congress and senate, as well as other elected officials spreading lies. It has nothing to do with any charts. Until our do nothing elected officials do something favorable for the MJ industry we will have to deal with the company stock ticking along based on earnings. Right now TCNNF is one of the few making money. We can't predict the future, but I can say with some certainty that if congress and the senate would do something favorable for the MJ industry, we would be at $50.

All the “investors” from a few years ago are down 90%. Should study charts…

Rescheduling will not conclude during this administration. So now we wait to see if trump lives up to his promises or at least what he's said. The only short term thing to change the trajectory is if the Senate passes SAFE.
