Dec 20. 120,760,203 mgs THC 53,505.508 oz smokeable an increase of about $1,377,000 for the week for smokeable and over $12 million dollars for the week for smokeable which equates to $144 million per year for just FL.That doesn't even include the dollar amount for THC, which I figure is about $16million per week.
891,804 #medical patients in FL. Dec 13. 102,680,568 mgs THC. 48,148.324 oz smokeable
Some interesting numbers from FL OMMU. Weekly increases are interesting. I figured the patient count would increase. This is a money making machine even without full legalization in FL. And these numbers don't include the Rest of the US facilities. Don't rely on my numbers for investment purposes.

For the purposes of 7 CFR part 990, and as defined in the 2018 Farm Bill, the term “hemp” means the plant species
Cannabis sativa
L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is the primary intoxicating component of cannabis. Cannabis with a THC level exceeding 0.3 percent is considered marijuana, which remains classified as a Schedule I controlled substance regulated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) under the CSA.

Do I need to go to a medical marijuana dispensary to buy CBD products?
If the CBD item is a low-THC product derived from hemp with less than 035mg THC per serving or 2mg of total THC per package, you can buy it at any licensed retail or convenience store in Florida. CBD products with higher levels of THC must be sold through a licensed marijuana dispensary,
So basically if they aren't selling hemp derived products less than 035mg it is illegal. Look for the government to clamp down on these HEMP products in the near future. I think there is a difference that you may or may not be aware of. A THC product from Hemp is not the same as a THC product from Cannabis. I'm not sure what you're calling weed, but it's not the same product as being sold in MMTC's.
Hemp plants and marijuana plants are both the same species.
Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3 percent or less THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3 percent THC.
CBD can be derived from both hemp and marijuana plants.

IMO it wouldn’t and this is why. Texas’s Compassionate Use Program (CUP) allows certain physicians to prescribe low tetrahydrocannabinols (THC) cannabis for medical purposes.
Low-THC comes from the plant Cannabis Sativa L. All parts of the plant and any resulting compounds, salts, resins, oils and derivatives that contain no more than 0.5 % by weight of THC are considered Low-THC. Medical use of these substances is limited to swallowing, not smoking, the prescribed dose of low-THC.
