In September 2021 the SEC made changes to 15c2-11 especially the piggyback exemptions so Sharp didn't understand that he bought 3 shells that are worthless because they can't get FINRA to process a 211.

You are so badly confused. The problem with SEC Reporting shells is that they need operations to keep reporting and also need an auditor; that fee per year is 6 figures. OTC Reporting shells are gold mines like this one. You dont want to invest into SEC reporting shells, never, never.

SEC-reporting, DTC-eligible OTC shells are in demand with several caveats.

The major issue with George's shells is that they are EM. There are many clean shells including SEC reporting and DTC eligible ready to be bought out there.

Yep, he was obviously a failure at being an OTC CEO. That is his legacy. However, he did much work to clean up his shells, and there may be hope if some of the real shell farmers obtain the shell and find mergers.

WNFT - Sharp filed a Form 15.

But GVSI has far too many problems to think about investing in.

After 5 years WNFT is still listed as a shell.

On 05/18/2026 Sharp did a 1:10 reverse split.

on May 7th me and another retail investors grabbed a lot of 0.0060 shares, I am pretty sure the other guy dumped half of his shares today at (5x bagger still) congratulations to him.
