Quarterly report out confirming OS has not changed in 7 months :). No wonder folks are trying to move it up with pps high of 0.05 in the last year. The OTC sentiment in general is shitty these days but good chance in the fall and as always around elections the markets will pick up.

The Company is pleased to announce it will be launching its wholly-owned wellness brand, Cherryology®, as part of its brand incubation and cultivation program through its marketing division, the Campus Community. Cherryology was conceived as a feminine-leaning brand, created to appeal to women in the 30-55 age demographic.
In developing the brand, the Company engaged renown product designer and formulator, Gary Kehoe. Mr. Kehoe is a seasoned entrepreneur and recognized expert in product innovation. Mr. Kehoe has had a successful career designing innovative product concepts and technologies that have resulted in multiple patent applications and successful commercial brands. He is an inventor or co-inventor on over 20 U.S. Patents that include products, processes and equipment and he has successfully formulated over a dozen consumer products sold on store shelves. Mr. Kehoe held senior management positions for the Wm. Wrigley Company, Gum Tech International, and Nabisco Foods Company.
As Senior Director of New Product Innovation for Wrigley, Mr. Kehoe coordinated the ideation and rapid prototype development of next generation products. At Nabisco, he developed or co-developed the successful launches of numerous consumer products that have maintained strong market presence for over a decade. He has also written research papers and reports related to various topics, such as functional and medical foods, dietary supplements, OTC drugs, homeopathic remedies, and innovative delivery systems.
The design and formulation for the first Cherryology product coming to market has been completed. It is a dissolvable, pre-sleep aid that can be taken with any hot beverage, created to address the wind down period after dinner, but before bedtime. Rather than focus on sleep directly, like many products relying on inferior compounds like melatonin that stop working after a couple of days, our dissolvable uses natural ingredients that have been clinically tested to ease one into a relaxed state in the hours before bed, in preparation for sustained and restful sleep.
The U.S. sleep market was estimated to be $60.35 billion in 2022. It is estimated to reach $102.07 billion by 2031, growing at a CAGR of 5.91% during the forecast period (2023-2031). Sibannac is targeting a high-end consumer with the Cherryology brand and will be offering its products online, through its retail Kava bar, the Kavern, and through distribution to health spas, stores and discriminating, boutique retailers.
"We're very excited to bring the Cherryology brand to life and introduce our new sleep aid to the market. A lot of time and effort has gone into the brand development and positioning and we have our first product ready to go into production," said Sibannac's CEO, David Mersky. In response to the overwhelmingly positive feedback received following the introduction of Sibannac's Campus Community to the public, the Company is pleased to provide an update on operations to new shareholders.
The Company is receiving significant communications from numerous firms seeking The Campus' interest in developing their brands for our spin off program. Only a select few will ultimately be chosen after due diligence and suitability for IPO on NASDAQ. Sibannac will act as the parent company and majority stakeholder in each IPO spin off. The Company will assist all targets with filing a S-1 Registration to complete an IPO. Other candidates that do not satisfy the diligence requirements, either due to brand maturity or insufficient revenues, may still engage the Campus for branding and manufacturing services.
The Company's marketing chief, Eric Stoll, of Lifetime Branding, will lead the branding development process. Eric has worked with mature brands, like Coca Cola Beverages Northeast, as well as upstart newcomers, Semcasting, Karhu, and Perky Jerky.
Sibannac, Inc. will benefit significantly from each successful spin off as its ownership in each company will reflect on the Company's balance sheet and operating statement. This spin off program will significantly enhance Sibannac's balance sheet and shareholder value, as all earnings will consolidated under Sibannac. Further, Sibannac plans to retain control of the spin off entities.
NOHO After Shot
NOHO is a breakthrough product in the health and wellness industry, designed to maximize hangover relief and recovery from the effects of alcohol consumption. Sibannac, Inc. has entered into a global distribution agreement with alternative health and supplement maker Direct Global Supply (DGS) to place the NOHO After Shot with wholesalers and retailers.
The most recent batch of NOHO After Shot has successfully sold out. The Company is now developing an improved formula and distribution network in preparation for mass distribution nationwide across various retailers. The Company has begun negotiations with several prominent retailers and big-box stores across the US.
NOHO, as a wholly-owned in-house brand, may become a spin-off candidate for the IPO program.
Sibannac's CEO, David Mersky, was recently quoted regarding the direction of the Company, saying, "We love this model because it prevents direct dilution to Sibannac shares, but adds value to our balance sheet by consolidating operations and giving the company the resulting investment equity in the spin-offs. The Kavern
The Kavern is Sibannac's first retail Kava/Kratom bar and is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The buildout is complete and the bar is being stocked with inventory. We have received approval for the retail signage and will be introducing the Kavern to our neighbors through a soft opening, to be announced shortly. Located near the heart of Scottsdale's bustling, Old Town district, the Kavern will offer Kava and Kratom beverages, tinctures and capsules. Through our wholly owned subsidiary The Campus Community, Sibannac will begin to spin off certain brands and companies who are past the startup phase and ready to file an S-1 registration to complete an IPO in their own name.
These relationships with these target companies have been initiated through various sources, including Lifetime Branding, through our marketing partner Eric Stoll. These have standalone capabilities and existing revenues and are fully vetted through the Campus' incubation process. We are completing due diligence on various institutions to arrange and manage the offerings and to also uplist SNNC itself, however the new IPOs do not depend on SNNC's status.
The plan is to have fully audited candidates who will be able to trade immediately on the NASDAQ. As an extra benefit to our existing legacy shareholders, we will make available the opportunity to subscribe to the offering making it possible to invest at the same price as the broker dealers.
From now on the Campus Community will operate in form and function as a merchant bank and may opt to file under the 1940 investment act. This process is the outgrowth of our long-ago announced mission to mentor, manufacture and merge these organizations.

Functional Foods Category
While the NOHO shot has received excellent feedback for its efficacy, the Company is evaluating a line extension in the functional foods category. In addition to addressing the effects of alcohol on the body, there are compounds coming to market that aid in the metabolization of alcohol itself, reducing the overall blood-alcohol level in the system over a specified time period.
The Company has had preliminary discussions with one such developer whose proprietary compound has been clinically tested and proven to reduce blood-alcohol level. The intent of the Company is to secure a licensing or similar agreement with a developer to formulate the current NOHO shot that incorporates this functional foods technology. This product would allow the Company to make claims consistent with testing results and provide increased flexibility in packaging and marketing under the existing regulatory environment.
