How did that dollar run end up working out?

probably another year at minimum. Filing came out monday you can read on OTC. Not kuch different than the past few years. I dont even know if there is an aggressive plan for growth. or if they are just sitting on some sales channels and patents.

Well, I guess at the end of the month we should be able to see the annual report. So strange to not have any press releases for such a long time.

Agreed... the share structure is clean and they haven't diluted which is rare in the otc these days... for that reason alone I don't mind waiting it out here.

Well you know what? As critical as I am about not hearing anything I still am tempted to get back in just because of how cheap a share is here. I have been in and out of this so many times for SO many years thinking that something will change. Maybe 2025 they get some chemical sales going in some new markets or something. I think they are supposed to already have some distributors already, but something different this coming year would be nice to hear about.

Well, going into 2025 another year down the drain. Last time SKPO closed over .02 was in 2019.

sure of course and that is always appreciated. Do they need help moving chemical? I have reached out in the past to the company to expand sales in markets I personally know of where their chemicals would work and sell. Nobody ever contacted me back. That was a while ago though.

I prefer this over dumping and dilution.

This is the worst down cycle I’ve been a part of… we’ll see… plenty of good set ups like this one that aren’t diluting… sset, evsv, jfil, Itns, crsm , shmn and on and on but absolute 0 interest

I’m waiting for most of the OTC to have their Lazarus moment of resurrection. This is the worst I’ve ever seen it in 12+ years of trading…. Expert market, broker restrictions, lack of capital for now required filings…. I see you’ve been around a while…have you seen it this slow and depressing before?

Had an oil company in the 90's that just puttered along. I bot 10k shares at .22 cents (so I thought). Company sold assets to insiders and shell to investors. Stock went up over $13.00. I sold 8k shares at 8.50 and watched it go over $13. as it was headed down (days later) I discovered another 10k shares I forgot I bot...lol... and sold them at ~ $8.50 ... then let the last 2k shares go at $7.37. Watched it over the years until it went under a penny then disappeard altogether. Crazy... but true.

It's why I'll always throw some $$$ at these...cuz you never know. This one has is a clean candidate for a RM at some point.

I have wondered if that time will come. There are other chemical companies out there in the oilfield with large networks of customers, but they all seem to have their own proprietary blend of chemicals such as paraffin or corrosion inhibitor. Hopefully SKPO could find a way to get absorbed.

What are microSCAPs? I must have missed that term somewhere. Yeah I have been watching this for a LONG time, many years with nothing really going on. I know they have patents, but that doesnt seem to mean much to the PPS. Im sure their products work though.

My position hasn't changed. I may have said the same thing about FCCN. Companies this clean often become microSCAPs...

Quarterly report out today. Sales were $55,290 during the first quarter of 2024

Thats a LOT better for a quarter than what we have been seeing. We could clear 200K in sales this year if its kept up. Hopefully summer brings some good sales numbers if oil prices stay where they are.

well, yes....the financials were filed with finally some revenues, working capital increased, profits...no debt or convertibles whatshowever...SS not changed in years...minimal unrestricted shares out...new patent....etc

From the report: In 2023, we increased Chemical sales to $48,405 and generated our first increase in working capital.
Sales increased $30,720 during 2023 versus fiscal year 2022. This was 174% increase in sales from 2022. In 2020 and
2021, the sales decline was primarily related to the global pandemic impact on all activities and overall oil demand. Also
one of our major distributors who contributed a significant percentage of our sales in the Pennsylvania and Texas
regions was purchased by a larger company. The future sales with this distributor and their customers are uncertain. The
distributors believe their customers will start buying our chemicals again but we have little control over the process.
Skye has chosen to use independent distributors instead of a direct sales approach in order to keep overhead and
operating costs low. We are considering expanding the distributor network without territories or exclusive areas. We are
also considering direct sales with compensation based on performance.
