Well the Illegal shares are usually restricted shares that have never touched the public market and I’m getting the “float” from the DTC number on OTCM but ya some in it could potentially by canceled as well

Guess you can’t call back the float, but the overhang is in large part illegal.

Of course, this hasn’t even really traded in about 20 years. A lot of the float is probably lost.

Yes the public float of ENGA is 1.1 million and here it’s at 3.6 million so getting a $2 SP would be beautiful

NV Shell completely abandoned by a previous custodian.

I spoke to him about a year ago. He got sued by a Chinese company and dropped all his shells.

LMGR was one of them.

The vast majority of LMGR’s shares are illegal since they were not properly registered when assigned by the custodian.

The real SS is closer to 20 mill.

It's unsolicited so the orders are real buyers and sellers.

I picked up most of my shares around .0025 and they are not for sale at the moment.

Waiting to see what ever becomes of this shell.

Never know since it's in NV and long since abandoned.

This one has been abandoned for a very long time.

I called the company and they have no claim to the shell. Said the deal was never really consummated (which is why they still own the cheese dip).

I would imagine a lot of the shares issued are not legal and can be canceled.

Tradeable float is tiny in my estimation. I been here since it turned Pink (expert now), and it was very hard to catch shares on the BID.

Plus the spread was always ridiculous.

I will be trying a new process in the state of California with two defunct and abandoned companies. AESO (Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc.) and THDS (3Dshopping.com). In California there are no custodian laws however I can petition to become a board member. I believe this would allow me to act through the power of the board similar to the custodian powers. As this is a new state and process it is speculative and unknown whether the actions will succeed. According to my attorney there he is hoping to have everything filed and on record with the courts by next week.

From my DD I do not believe the merger was ever completed.

They bought the cheese dip and the name but never took control of the shell.

If so then it’s been abandoned fir a very long time.

That’s fine by me since it’s NV and no prior issues with the SEC.

Just need a custodian to grab her.

Just a matter of time, imo.

All the abandoned NV Shells are getting snagged. The ones without the CE are being picked up first.

Sooner or later they will start looking at the ones with the CE.

When it comes to removing a CE the longer it's been abandoned the better. That is because you do not want the CE to actually be caused by past management but due to retail frontloading and dumping.

The reason is they don't want past scammers to be able to benefit from the shell suddenly coming back to life.

One of the things I look at when accumulating an old shell is prior issues with the SEC noted at OTCM. If I cannot find anything that I figure the CE was probably caused by retail not old management.

Of course, that's not a perfect science but simply the best I can do since OTCM will not tell us the real reason.
