Another e-mail from HR today . End of month 3 days ago for the quarter . They have 45 days but they will try and do it within 35 days or" sooner " . Very tight lipped.

this is starting to get a bit strange

i just think RITE should be trading around .0025-.0045 based on all the recent developments over the past 6-12 months

and with the BIG BOARDS heading to a bear market or at least not making new highs anytime soon, the OTC should pick up. if it doesnt, then RITE CEO James needs to uplist this to OTCQB ASAP or try to get out of the OTC markets completely

and i will say this once again, to change the vantage point of RITE and the stock, the CEO should buy shares of RITE on the open market and file a FORM 4

we all know he can afford to buy 10-20M shares at these prices and that would really be a major positive for the psyche of current investors or potential investors

Show me you have no idea about this company without saying so. 

Even though we have a new CEO and the work being done, there is a trust issue with this one. A lot of people lost a lot of money on this in the past. IMO people are playing the flip for now. Once it gets a little further along then the masses will come. Matter of patience for the longs. Again, just my opinion. Have been in this for years. Good luck to all longs here!

Net income up 616% year over year ! We are due for a jump in price Operating expenses down 814% .

I flipped a few in March and made some good money within the channel it's in . Ready for this to break out above the 25 to 30 range .

seen some pretty strange trading here the past 20-30 sessions, the entire month of March was very strange

after all the work the CEO has done and is doing, where is the VOLUME??

I'll at least offer you the same opportunity that pickers has to regain some credibility ... so can you point to any minerals that RITE has mined? can you show anyone here where RITE owns any land? I'll post the actual plot ownership of all their 'claimed rites' and nowhere is RITE listed. you probably don't grasp what it takes to mine real ore from the ground through any means, nor how to read financials that point to what true assets a company owns..... We all know that pump and dumpers are the most vial and uneducated posters name callers and ignorant of fact based perspective.
I don't really care how little shares you show that you 'bought' here.....nobody owes you anything as to what they bought at clownboy.... I can tell you that my small investment of over 9 million shares has paid off well man oh man how i wish I had 9m with USXP or PAIM or others... but the flip side I am so glad i did not have that much for many others.. but this play was pretty much building up to a decent play... better than a flip. so sure play it. I am pretty much on your side ...until you screwed up and pumped up and lied... I'm not vested in the way that the classical penny plays are .. I learned long ago that it is easier to buy at public bottom ..and hold and wait.. Sorry there pickers.... but you are now in the low class grouping with panzer.... just low lifers that offer nothing of value besides maybe some pumping hype. So, if you want to at least save yourself and gain back some lost integrity ... show where I said I sold in the .003s like you are lying about.... of course you won't since you can't. you deal in lies and it is clear..
What I did say is that I made over 6K on this play so far and thanks to another poster here I held back selling my last bit. I did have full intentions of selling at .0034... but I missed that boat... and have not sold any above .003 like you claim... I did make over 250% gains in whole... and pretty sure that if the next news does not bump this close to .003 i'll sell and wait it out for the next cycle.... but looking at history.. maybe in the next year I'll be able to load up again in the low trip 0's .
Now to your next lie - this one you cant really gain back any integrity points since you clearly just want to avoid the truth. the company owning mines. Can you show me one mine that RITE owns.... any mine...but just one would suffice. What RITE did was buy the rights to lease the claim....nothing more. But what RITE won't tell you are the details of the leases.
It is fun to expose those who just don't post factual data. like panzer and this one. .... who tries to mischaracterize and mislead. RITE is NOT a mining company...and has never mined an OZ .... and now this board clown is just playing the pump "The company clearly talks about their landmark aquisition" LMFAO too easy to expose... RITE does not own the land...never acquired the land...nor the mines.... RITE owns no mines like i stated..... only a board clown would think RITE actually bought the land - it's only a lease, if it is structured anything like the Lease MNC held for the claims ....they don't even have rights to all the minerals extracted.

If someone ever comes on here and lies about buying RITE shares at .0001 and selling at .0030’s for a “500% return” (math not a strong suit) and then comes back and says the company doesn’t own mines and that’s why they place value at $0, please know why they are doing that and that they are a scam artist or Trum artist.

The company clearly talks about their landmark aquisition and why the assets are put on the books at $0 and how that is an opportunity for investors, until the time comes that true evaluations are done.


Believe me, I have friends who sit on message boards and claim they bought shares of stocks while being paid to bash stocks through hits, likes and interactions…

Just kidding, I would never associate with losers like that and you shouldn’t either.

well shoot... my hope to get loaded up again in trip zips is slipping away... though i don't doubt this rental CEO will bumble it up somehow.. next news up is funding and divy noise but nothing really will move until rentalCEO boy can get us current with the SEC- this means audited....and we all know that we need to prep for an outstanding share count that might be dilutive ... which is fine...the 'company' stated they would dilute so it should not be a shocker.
But what the company is still dodging is the facts on the rent a lease in Skull Valley ... and that they don't own the full resources pulled. Heck they have been very good at admitting that all their leases are held at 0 valuation.. but what they won't reveal are the details of the leases. hmmm

oh they best hold of on at least some NRs till 3 weeks after tax file deadline.... thats when the refunds hit..and there might be folks looking to spend unexpected funds.
