The history of this scam company with its unethical CEO, who made up fake tasks for his brother in order to pay the personal loan back he got from him back, sorta shows he is incompetent of doing anything positive. Odds are he isn't to get any significant funding for HemaX

The fat bastard CEO still hasn't shown he can do much to run a company. But, he is sure good at spending money on himself by boating and purchasing a Maserati. He can't even raise money to fund the P1 trial for HemaX now that he's done a complete 360 back to after abandoning it years ago and realizing he can't advance any of the other therapies. He and Loser Lander are are incompetent conmen. Heck, Koos is still showing "scientific" advisors that aren't advising him at all on his website to make it appear he has a competent team. That's just fraud.

where are you hearing this? Remember, he resigned as CEO of REGEN with no reason given and no one to take over for about a year before he came back. It was at that time the pump of the decade happened with the stock. I wouldn't be surprised if he did have some sort of health issues. He hasn't looked healthy.

Rumor has it that Kooscous has serious cancer and has gone to Tel Aviv for treatment. Incredibly, he used the medical field of cancer to swindle shareholders and karmic law punished him with a backlash.....

Except in extremely rare cases, R/S are a scam. The SEC needs to make the rules more strict. Why is a company like Regen BioPharma with unaudited financials allowed to RS? There's no reason for it except to screw over shareholders.

I've never witnessed a reverse/split help matters for any stock long-term.

I just caught up with Konman Koos very informative vids from the emerging turd conferences he shows his fat face at. It is absolutely hilarious that they are trying to find funding for a P1 trial for HemaX. Funny how he did a 180. He abandoned HemaX long ago to push his other crap and those programs didn't go anywhere, he and Loser Lander had to go back to HemaX. It will be interesting to see if he can find a sucker to give him money to fund a P1 trial for HemaX. I don't think he's going to be lucky in finding another mark. You should still have RGBP and if you were on record of holding any shares in RGBP or RGBPP before the close of the record date, then you were allotted a dividend share count. So let’s say you had 100 shares of RGBP before the market close on the record date, you would have received 200 shares of RGBPP as a dividend.

I think Rgbpp and Rgbp will come under same umbrella as one class of shares soon. After a share dividend shareholders should not be against such a decision.
Market capitalisation of Rgbp was only a million or so. If there is any meat in the Regen's science the price of the company should be attractive even to individuals if not companies.

I wanted to add, “Speculations Only”… Playing The Devil’s advocate in here, could it be possible an adquisición or buyout into REGEN Biopharma is on the works and these shares structure must be consolidated for the simplicity of such transaction? Getting Rgbpp out of the way, by bringing them into the common side, makes sense a buyout could be in the works

Yep mine showed up also I only bought 335 shares July 1st I had a bid in for 1,000 shares but only got 335 filled the others did not fill.
I had 1 share left in my account from long ago. Now I have 672 free preferred shares.
I try to tell folks the record date does not matter with a special dividend only the ex- date. Now who ever sold to me on July 1st will not get the dividend.

Good morning! I spoke with both my Fidelity and Schwab brokerage accounts again this morning to verify that they can now see that the preferred share dividend is pending with today being the pay date and Friday the 5th being the effective ex-dividend date according to FINRA, and they both acknowledged that they are seeing the dividend on their end now and that I qualify for the record date, and I should see the RGBPP shares delivered into my accounts by Friday. I bought a little today for the first time since the R/S just to see if I would get the dividend.
What a lot of people dont know is usually if you sell your stock before one business day after the ex- date with a special dividend you lose the dividend to the buyer.
Sometimes a company pays a dividend in the form of stock rather than cash. The stock dividend may be additional shares in the company or in a subsidiary being spun off. The procedures for stock dividends may be different from cash dividends. The ex-dividend date is set the first business day after the stock dividend is paid (and is also after the record date).

If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. Your sale includes an obligation to deliver any shares acquired as a result of the dividend to the buyer of your shares, since the seller will receive an I.O.U. or "due bill" from his or her broker for the additional shares.
