where are you hearing this? Remember, he resigned as CEO of REGEN with no reason given and no one to take over for about a year before he came back. It was at that time the pump of the decade happened with the stock. I wouldn't be surprised if he did have some sort of health issues. He hasn't looked healthy.

Rumor has it that Kooscous has serious cancer and has gone to Tel Aviv for treatment. Incredibly, he used the medical field of cancer to swindle shareholders and karmic law punished him with a backlash.....

Except in extremely rare cases, R/S are a scam. The SEC needs to make the rules more strict. Why is a company like Regen BioPharma with unaudited financials allowed to RS? There's no reason for it except to screw over shareholders.

I've never witnessed a reverse/split help matters for any stock long-term.

I just caught up with Konman Koos very informative vids from the emerging turd conferences he shows his fat face at. It is absolutely hilarious that they are trying to find funding for a P1 trial for HemaX. Funny how he did a 180. He abandoned HemaX long ago to push his other crap and those programs didn't go anywhere, he and Loser Lander had to go back to HemaX. It will be interesting to see if he can find a sucker to give him money to fund a P1 trial for HemaX. I don't think he's going to be lucky in finding another mark. Anyone doing their DD into Koos would realize he's a scam artist. Talking about scam artists, where is 29IQ?

You should still have RGBP and if you were on record of holding any shares in RGBP or RGBPP before the close of the record date, then you were allotted a dividend share count. So let’s say you had 100 shares of RGBP before the market close on the record date, you would have received 200 shares of RGBPP as a dividend.

I think Rgbpp and Rgbp will come under same umbrella as one class of shares soon. After a share dividend shareholders should not be against such a decision.
Market capitalisation of Rgbp was only a million or so. If there is any meat in the Regen's science the price of the company should be attractive even to individuals if not companies.

I wanted to add, “Speculations Only”… Playing The Devil’s advocate in here, could it be possible an adquisición or buyout into REGEN Biopharma is on the works and these shares structure must be consolidated for the simplicity of such transaction? Getting Rgbpp out of the way, by bringing them into the common side, makes sense a buyout could be in the works

Yep mine showed up also I only bought 335 shares July 1st I had a bid in for 1,000 shares but only got 335 filled the others did not fill.
I had 1 share left in my account from long ago. Now I have 672 free preferred shares.
I try to tell folks the record date does not matter with a special dividend only the ex- date. Now who ever sold to me on July 1st will not get the dividend.

Good morning! I spoke with both my Fidelity and Schwab brokerage accounts again this morning to verify that they can now see that the preferred share dividend is pending with today being the pay date and Friday the 5th being the effective ex-dividend date according to FINRA, and they both acknowledged that they are seeing the dividend on their end now and that I qualify for the record date, and I should see the RGBPP shares delivered into my accounts by Friday. Have a great day everyone!

.75 was the high today. I sold all but 1 share when KOO KOO KOO,s did the Crazy R/S.
I bought a little today for the first time since the R/S just to see if I would get the dividend.
What a lot of people dont know is usually if you sell your stock before one business day after the ex- date with a special dividend you lose the dividend to the buyer.
Sometimes a company pays a dividend in the form of stock rather than cash. The stock dividend may be additional shares in the company or in a subsidiary being spun off. The procedures for stock dividends may be different from cash dividends. The ex-dividend date is set the first business day after the stock dividend is paid (and is also after the record date).

If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. Your sale includes an obligation to deliver any shares acquired as a result of the dividend to the buyer of your shares, since the seller will receive an I.O.U. or "due bill" from his or her broker for the additional shares. Thus, it is important to remember that the day you can sell your shares without being obligated to deliver the additional shares is not the first business day after the record date, but usually is the first business day after the stock dividend is paid.

So, does anyone believe there will be a 1RGBP for 2RGBPP dividend paid out this week? and if there is a dividend, will RGBPP go up or down? inquiring minds want to know. I read that this was to take place around July 01st.

The CEO David Koos has never shown any success at running anything. He's run all of his companies into the ground. It's pretty much a scam for him to earn a paycheck and his trips to Tijuana to do things that aren't legal in the USA.

Koos is a snake oil salesman.

I keep asking what successes Koos has had in making money for his stockholders or running a company or bringing a druge to market. No one will answer because they all know the answer. ZERO. He's a failure.

He keeps creating new companies after he's bleed dry the other companies.

Look at the so called business plan. He's not stuck to it one bit. It's a unworkable business plan. It's a failure just like Koos is.

Regen is like buying a lotto ticket. You think you have a chance but in reality, you are just throwing your money away.

Nice volume and almost all buys today but no significant move in price. No idea who hold it down and why.
