The Company announces, that the Company had suspended its marketing efforts due to registration for Keek being restricted in some countries. Various countries had restricted registration for the Keek service due to an erroneous association to the companies livestreaming service. Similarly, the Keek.com domain had been experiencing similar issues. The issues have now been rectified and marketing will resume this week.

The Keek app can be downloaded from the Apple Appstore and the Google Playstore.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has launched Keek stories on both its IOS and Android apps. Stories are industry standard short duration social media posts. Keek Stories differ in that they allow the user the unique ability to select the duration of the Story. In addition, Keek Stories allow users to monetize Stories by attaching ads to their story via the Keek Offerbox.

Keek Stories are the first in a long list of new features that will be added to Keek in the upcoming months. The Company will be adding Keek-Backs later this year. Keek-Backs are video replies to posts. Invented by Keek in the mid 2000s, Keek-Backs have been emulated by apps such as Tik Tok. The Company is pleased to provide an update on the initial results of its "Endless Days of Summer" marketing initiative (the Campaign). The Company is only providing a one week update due to shareholders requests for such and will not be providing weekly updates on Campaigns on a go forward basis.

The Campaign is an email and social media campaign targeting legacy Keek users. In total the campaign will target approximately 80,000,000 legacy Keek users in 7 email campaign passes" and social media marketing initiatives to target the same users. The first pass of the Campaign targeted 500,000 legacy users once by email only. The first 7 days of the first pass of Campaign has so far resulted in approximately 14,000 downloads. The majority of downloads (approximately 13,000) have been on IOS devices the remainder on Android devices. There will be approximately 7 passes per targeted user list over the next few months. Registrations continue to accumulate daily from the Campaign. Results may vary for subsequent passes of the Campaign. Management is very happy with the results to date and it's ramping up the the marketing campaign to reach more users more quickly.

The Company is proud to announce that the period ending ended June 30, 2023, saw a net profit of $72,403 compared to $80,710 for the six months ended June 30, 2022. Expenses increased from $741,200 in 2022 to $958,150 in 2023. Increase in expenses are mainly due to additional consulting expenses related to the Company's new product.

In anticipation of the upcoming re-launch of its Keek Social service, the Company has raised $1,150,000 CAD at price of 6 cents per unit. Each purchased share is accompanied by one-half a warrant at a strike price of 8 cents. The warrants are subject to an acceleration clause wherein warrant holders will be obliged to exercise their warrants if the Company's share price equals or exceeds 50 cents for 10 or more trading days. The CEO Mark Itwaru has once again taken part in the Company's financing efforts and has invested $150,000 in this round of financing.
