Hmm, weird that a fake company, with no location, run by some dude who totally tanked the stock, from his basement in Utah, with no staff or sales, isn't answering their phones. It's a true mystery.

A couple things, it depends how much did you pay for your shares, whats your avg, I mean whatever it is, say .002 probably higher, its basically a full loss if you take it. As far as a miracle, I wouldnt say miracle though it seems like it. Read the shareholder letter again, here are some points:

So you think that is all made up? Of course its not what dope would do that. Dont listen to the bozos on this board or elsewhere telling you its all "fake", bla bla bla. They're sore that they sold out near the bottom and when they see execution of the plan they will scurry like mice, or keep peddling falsehoods. Sure, the company was not properly run to date, that has been acknowledged. But that is in the past and there is a new sheriff in town All in Art as some have said.

Read the letter again and be determined to stick it out. IF youre lucky youll be able to buy, not sell, shares when it starts trading again, though by that time there may enough news out there to start the price at, I dont know, .002, its too early to say, but if its low enough I will pick up where I left off in my buying. In the meantime the Canadians rule the roost, not fair, but lifes not fair.

i understand a lot of got messed over, thanks again to D.E.'s hype, but I saw their product still for sale on an online store. They won't answer their phones. I didn't know if I should relinquish my shares as a loss for my taxes or hold on for a miracle down the road.

PCT does still exist. It exists in All In Art's living room in Utah. No more warehouse in south Carolina. No physical location at all. Art and Gary moved all production to distributors and pct now does nothing. No sales. No production. No marketing. Pretty much the same as it's always been just more heavily divested from equity and IP.

RIP Gary and thanks for your contributions here. Who knows what will happen with the company now. Does anybody know how to sell, or for that matter buy, shares since they can't trade.

As the shareholder letter stated PCT no longer operates the facility in Little River. But the address is not the bakery... actually Shared office space. NOT in the bakery.

I am thinking that All in Art should buy another share in Gary’s memory.

While Gary did pass away he had relinquished his positions in the company already. The company didn't remain in existence because of Gary but inspite of him. May God have mercy on his soul! Rest in peace!

Art is literally the only one "working" at pctl now. They don't have their main office anymore, they simply run it out of arts house in Utah now, while owning ZERO assets, licensing their products to be manufactured elsewhere now at distributors facilities.

PCT literally does nothing now. No customers. No employees. No facilities. Just some schmuck who they brought in to disassemble a public company while preserving their own asses while you lose yours. I guess they didn't change that much after all.

It wont be long before we know the answer to where we are going, I am thinking more along the lines of a month or two, not 6 months or more. Need to get a yearly OTC filing submitted to get things trading again, it may be a little work b/c there are revenues that need to be accounted for, etc.

Effective October 24, 2024, Gary Grieco resigned his position as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PCT LTD and as CEO of PCT Corporation. On this same date, Greg Albers and Paul Branagan resigned their positions as directors on PCT LTD’s Board. A new Board of Directors will be announced shortly.

As you may already know, through an 8-K filed with the SEC this week, along with a Press Release, I’ve been appointed as the new Chairman and CEO of PCT LTD and CEO of PCT Corporation. I will remain in my current role as CFO of PCT LTD and PCT Corporation until experienced, very well-qualified replacements are found.

Please allow me to share my vision for PCT LTD and PCT Corporation’s near and not too distant future:

PCT LTD and PCT Corporation are entering a new era. It is no secret that to-date, PCT has overwhelmingly underachieved. Upon entering this “new era”, bottom-line growth will be achieved by forging alliances with successful, growth-oriented companies, new distributors throughout the world and new, successful, and influential business partners, all the while continuing to work with and assist our current distributors with their growth.
