When is the right time to come back? I have heard this over a year ago. Still nothing.

I guess it all depends on who you know or who you talk to. There are loopholes in every system. Having an IT degree and working in IT for 17 years, I've seen some really disturbing things. Canada brokerages or discount vendor firms can trade EM.

Yes. I don't have any shares now but thinking of starting a position again seeing that OTC stocks have hit bottom and volumes will soon come back. It's just how it works.

Imo they make run in cryptos shadow. Like 2021Tsnp/ enzc. Should be getting current soon. I wa t be first buying .0001 so I'm Checking this board daily. 

My concern is If I could keep my PBYA shares with all those changes?

They would change the ticker, they have done this before in the past two other times in 2014 their ticker was NEFT up until 2017 when it was Panther Biotechnology, Inc. until then in 2018 it changed to PBYA. Nothing to be worried about, they seem to do this a lot, they go dark, then get current, pamp it up, rinse and repeat.

Thanks for the video. It looks like their businesses are in progress. So if they ever get it current again at a higher listing, would they abandon PYBA and start a new ticker that has nothing to do with PBYA? Or would it still under PBYA umbrella? Or should we be concerned?

Probably under a new ticker. They are probably working on a higher listing with a new ticker for 1 Exam Prep.

I really hope it will come very soon. Because I have quite some shares in it for a long time (I am sure many investors hold lot of shares) It does seem like there have been lots of changes in a positive way. Do you think things might happen this year? Thanks.

Honestly I think it is a joint venture, which will probably be announced in a update if they become pink current or announce a higher listing outside the OTC market.

Almost a guaranteed they will, maybe at a higher classification. Getting everything in shape for a higher listing, especially with all of the new crap they have going on now. They are in better shape now than they were 5 years ago.

With all the stuff you have mentioned, are there any indications that they are going to put PBYA current again? I have been stuck with this for 5 years. Thanks for the updates.

Yes they are, same Corporate structure, same registered agent, same address, same website design, which tells me it is the same social media person updating and creating content. I have given you the literal legal filing on who NACB is registered to, you just have to do your home work. But is it all the same thing, I promise you. These folks have done this same exact thing over a dozen times since 2012 with all of their subsidiaries.

One other thing to keep in mind. Those filings you are referencing are from April of 2024 and it is now March of 2025. The logo at the bottom of the North American Crane Bureau website showing ownership did not change until somewhat recently so, I would say the 2025 filing will be an eye opener if one takes place.

I have also reached out to PBYA, its subs and Steel River and nobody responds. Possibly just my personality:)

I don't think I am explaining myself correctly as I understand they are listing North American Crane Bureau in their State Filings but, at the bottom of the website they changed the Upstryve company to a Steel River Company. If you look into Steel River, it is not affiliated with PBYA or Upstryve so my point is that something has changed.

Steel River is in the Crane industry and others and lists that they are actively looking for acquisitions.
Why would a company like PBYA who owns Upstryve list one of their subs as "Owned by Steel River" when Steel River is not owned by PBYA?
This in my opinion is the question. The challenge is that because PBYA has gone dark and is not filing we do not know what is happening.
I have been holding here for a very long time so certainly hoping something good will eventually take place.

I did, same management, It is a subsidiary, all under one umbrella all registered out of Florida with the same registered agent. Companies do this all the time and bury the structure and Directors into all of the paper work, just a big corporate network of confusion. They have done this before back in 2014.

Guys, North American Crane Bureau, Upsstryve and 1 Exam Prep are all still the same Company with Noah Davis and Evan Levine as Registered Agents and listed Officers. Noting has changed, just more branches on the family tree!! It looks as if they are very active on Social Media under 1 Exam Prep. if you look them up on the Florida's Secretary of State website they are up to date on their filing with all companies,

It has Noah Davis and Evan Levine listed as the reporting agents. I encourage everyone to go to 1 Exam's YouTube profile as well as Facebook profile and leave reviews about what has happened. Also go to their Google reviews to leave a rating, a low rating will put pressure on them to do something. Hit them where it hurts financially until they become Pink Current again, then this thing will run and see new highs.

This is incredibly frustrating. There is clearly something going on, we just don't know if it is good or incredibly bad. PBYA acquired UPSTRYVE and started rebranding their original subs to UPSTRYVE.
I believe the largest of those subs was North American Crane Bureau which used to show they were an UPSTRYVE Company. Now if you look at their site they say they are "A Steel River Company". Looking into Steel River I completely see the fit but, how did this happen? Did Steel River acquire the company and pay PBYA? Is there some sort of Merger between PBYA and Steel River? It is completely unfair to hide this type of activity from your shareholders.
