Again with this "hidden gem" crap? Myself and others predicted exactly what would become of this scam and that's exactly what happened.

Drunk/ broke Eddie Vakser has 7 tickers...all but one are EXPERT MARKET garbage. The one that isn't is .0001 low/no volume. Why pump his PBHG when his SUTI only has 8 billion A/S and 6.2 O/S? I presume it's because you don't hold a bag of worthless shares in that scam. Same for his TSRR and UITA which all have better share structures.

He's embroiled in a nasty divorce that's bleeding him dry for nearly 2 years. IMO he's in his death throws

PBHG (6,285,000,000 shares FIXED OS and 11B shares FIXED AS) should explode to $0.7074 based on its OTC peer's MV at peak! The only thing the company needs to do is to Up-List this Hidden Gem to the OTC Pink-Sheet Market like what happened to another OTC peer (AFFL: Only 24,554,116 shares FIXED Super Tiny OS and it was Upgraded to the OTC Pink-Sheet Market from the Same Expert-Market in June of 2023)!

Buying its OTC peer (FCCN) at Record-High $41.3 = buying PBHG at $0.7074 = buying AFFL at $181.0664 v.s. PBHG at $0.000001 now and AFFL at $0.04 currently, LOL!

That means that PBHG could potentially run a 707400-Bagger Giant Rally from $0.000001 v.s. AFFL could potentially run a 4526.66-Bagger Giant Rally from $0.04!

LOL, even buying that peer at 07/12/2024-high $5.15 = buying PBHG at $0.0882 = buying AFFL at $13.1402 v.s. PBHG at $0.000001 now and AFFL at $0.04 currently!

Which means that PBHG could run a Easy 88200-Bagger Giant & Quick Rally v.s. AFFL could run a Easy 328.505-Bagger Giant & Quick Rally!

So, both PBHG and AFFL are Super Undervalued now!

PBHG is also at Hyper Oversold status based on its recent high $0.0055 and AFFL is at Hyper Oversold status as well based on its Record-High $6.00!

Note, the recent high of PBHG was $0.0055 and the recent high of AFFL was $0.089!

I received several emails where shareholders are asking for some "deal" details and I'm more than happy to clear up a few things!
1. Auri Inc., as we disclosed, developed and owns its own line of Wellness and Nutraceutical products.
2. Due to 2018 "Hemp Farm Act", we can now LEGALY sell and ship both CBD and THC ( Delta 9) infused products to 48 USA states.
3. Auri Inc ., currently has several pending acquisition deals. One of the deals in Florida, involved a current creditor/owner file for chapter 11 banktruptsy protection. This was done, so that over 15 Million Dollars worth of equipment, inventories and property would be "free and clear", and the sellers would "roll it up" as equity in the new "wholly owned" subsideary of Auri Inc. NOTE: for those who may not know how chapter 11 works, the basic deal is that , the New owners, will pay off the original investment FROM the future cashflows and receivables. ( and that particular company did over 120 million last year, so there is no issues making payments on a few million dollars).
4. Some have commented on the fact that our recent celebrity had a few scrimages with the law, and some other legal issues in the past. My group had workes with some of the greatest celebraties in the world, and while we do focuse on their talents and skills that delivered them to the world stage, we do not forget that they are human and "Life Happens" . Our company celebrates achievements and talents in order to showcase the Positive Wellness and Health enhansements that our porducts deliver , however, we do not condone any criminal actions, violence and overall disrespect to others.
