Companies Intend to Develop Next-Generation Engineered Materials Utilizing Renewable Agricultural Feedstocks Across Multiple Commercial Markets

The companies have agreed in principle to establish a strategic joint venture that combines Los Gatos Tomato Products agricultural expertise, renewable feedstock resources, and processing capabilities with the Companys advanced materials engineering, compounding, manufacturing, and commercialization capabilities.

The collaboration represents a further step in the Companys long-term strategy of transforming recycled and renewable resources into advanced engineered materials serving the automotive, infrastructure, agriculture, packaging, logistics, industrial, and consumer markets.

AgriBlendTM represents the Companys agricultural biomaterials platform, bringing together the Companys existing work in renewable biocomposites with an expanding portfolio of agricultural feedstocks. The collaboration with Los Gatos Tomatoes significantly broadens that platform by adding tomato pomace and almond byproducts.

The AgriBlendTM platform currently encompasses work with:

Tomato pomace

Almond byproducts

Rice hulls

Corn fiber

Soy fiber

Jute

Agricultural cellulose feedstocks

Called and someone picked up. She confirmed that they are producing. She’s been there since May and loves it. She would not supply any info. She states that she is working on her part in helping auditing firm complete their work and audit should be out soon but couldn’t or wouldn’t say when. Asked that I call back after 3:00 so that she can’t provide another contact number. Not much but someone answers at least.

Left message on voicemail about if they are shipping product and current status of the company. Will post any response that is if there is a response.

Agreed. The prior reporting starting from last showed continuous increased production. Not sure if the increase was based on orders or samples for manufactures to try the product and no real orders came from it.
Speculation is not good either when a company does not clarify through comment mining cation. Since the NBA season is over, maybe he. Will be more hands on this Summer.

Thank you for posting your Instagram message. It seems all we have now is hope and a prayer. Isiah is mysteriously absent in any conversation right now. This is a commodity business and my greatest concern is that they’re getting beaten out on price and cannot compete against the bigger players in this market space. Price and adequate delivery of product are the key to success. Being that everything is in a black hole right now makes me suspect to their inadequacy of providing a product at a reasonable price. Until we get some information from the company, we have no idea what is going on..

Good morning sir. I grew up in Detroit and used to listen to the Pistons on the radio in 1981 and 82 because of you. I’ve been a fan for that long. With regard to Isaiah Enterprises it was a no-brainer for me to follow and invest because of you. I must say that it has been disappointing to invest 2 million shares and not receive proper updates needed in order to maintain the stock price and to be motivated about the future of this company. I’m counting on you to remember your investors who’ve been with you for decades and to ensure that we have a fair shot at success. Reporting financials and proper updates should be a minimum. The stock is currently falling daily as hope diminishes that this company is real. I have confidence in you and I hope that things turn around soon.

Day after day, week after week. A failure to post the financials. Meanwhile, the SP just continues to drop. It is incredibly frustrating and hard to understand how the company can have so little concern for investors. Good, bad, or ugly tell us what the heck is going on with the company.

Agreed, some generic fluff about ‘we are working on things’ which is a minimum expectation of any public company to stay public. I guess a lame attempt at communication is better than none. All this info was in their January PR release also. My only hope is they do a company change and new ticker which could stir interest since Isiah will have his name front and center. The missed deadline for their 10-K is extremely concerning because they are officially delinquent and need to file a 10-Q from Q1 immediately after the 10-K. Lots of work to do…. But Isiah would rather spend time posting 5x per day on instagram. If I didn’t have a full time job and family, I would hop on a plane and show up at their Michigan facility to see what’s really going on. I encourage others to send him an email. Nothing to lose now, we already lost.

Lots of fluff for sure. Seems a response only due to Sonrise Energy’s email. Threw something together to calm the exodus but nothing substantive. At least we did not hear anything bad.

For the most part press release seems like marketing fluff. Disappointed there aren’t more real numbers and really they’re still working on the audit from last year? Hard to understand such a delay they said they’re still requesting documents. I’ve never done audits, but it seems excruciating long, and they’ve only now decided to request documents. Am I even reading it correctly?

I’m wondering if there are any positives here. They are not releasing any information good or bad. So, the assumption could be that it’s only bad news and they don’t want to report it. Possibly getting beat out by all the competition and not even able to maintain the customers they have. It is really impossible to know what is going on. But they are failing on many issues.

I finally reached a point where we have nothing to lose so I emailed Isiah directly and shared all my concerns about empty promises, no updates on revenue, their failure to ‘provide shareholder value’. I sent it from my work email and included a read receipt. I got a response that it was read within 2 hours but of course, no response back yet. I encourage everyone else to do the same. His email was in the CFO resignation letter. Isiah@owpv.com

Had great momentum. Showed continued increased production.
Over 1 million shipped per the last report. Considering where it started from this time last year, there was a 400% increase. Communication is always key with stocks like this.

Apparently this is dead until we get some news or they file their financials. Bottom line is this really sucks. Just wondering if competition is beating them out on every contract. They certainly are not telling us how much product they are producing like they were back at the end of last year.

If you look up hemp plastic manufacturers you will find that there is a lot of competition in this space. The question is can OWPC pull in large contracts? This is definitely an unknown because we don’t have any information from the company as to contracts that they are negotiating. There definitely is a market for hemp plastics it is really a question of what kind of market share can be captured. The next question is if they can expand rapidly by building capacity, they will need a large influx of capital.

The idea of using hemp to produce plastic was used by Henry Ford.
Who could have stopped him from bringing it into mass production?
How about Carnegie and Rockefeller?
They wanted Ford to use their steel and oil for framing and plastics.

Is Trump killing the green new deal? and is company dependent on the green new deal to survive?
I like the idea of using hemp for plastics... much better for everyone and a better product.
Did you see the video of Henry Ford smash a sledge hammer into a fender of his Ford Car made of hemp plastic?

Man, I couldn't take it anymore. I have gone through the stress of absolute deadline filings one too many times. This one is extremely spooky in that they haven't announced a CFO or interim CFO to even file. It sucks because I do believe they are about to launch business-wise. So I'm watching from the sidelines. I have more than doubled the money I had here since leaving, so I hope to be able to get back to a decent position if they can get these filings done. Also watching to see where they are at with the convertible note. Any good news, which I do expect, will be met with more massive dumping if they haven't worked anything out to pay them off. If that's even an option. On standby right now.

Agreed, they can’t get the supposed auditing firm to complete and file the reports. Something is wrong with this picture. And what about the production levels. They aren’t giving us anything. Very disappointing.

It's unbelievable at this point. No reason not to submit required compliance documents. That alone would have kept the price stable. No reason not to submit company's forecast. So much can be done to keep investor's motivated. Rule #1 is to file paperwork

The lack of news and proper filings is becoming ridiculous. I’m disappointed my faith in Isiah as a business man, instead we’ve been robbed by a thief. Anyone else ready to start contacting them via phone, email to see if they are still alive? We have nothing left to lose at this point. So much for breakeven revenues in Q1.

Really need the financials posted and some positive news. Wonder if competition is beating them out on contracts. Difficult to know the market conditions but looks like a lot of companies are pursuing the same customers.

I would get more but have reached a limit on my speculative investments for the time being. I am retired and only putting in what I can risk. Currently have a little over 2 million shares.
Come on Isiah and get the contracts. Once the contracts happen, it will be a major ramp-up for production. Isiah spoke of generational wealth. Let’s hope his vision can be successful.

Chart wise, we did just cross the 20 MA it could be the start of good things to come.

Grabbed my last few yesterday. I'm just an old fart and finally at 500k. Action (or lack of it) looks good the last couple of days. Hopefully some news soon, last year was like June 4th til 10K and first 10Q.

If they have stopped diluting and they post the financials, we will see upward movement. Otherwise, no news to give. Hopefully, they will bring in big contracts soon. Just being patient and optimistic.

If I may ask, why do you think it might start moving up? Have you seen or heard any change to the recent status?

It is interesting that in their press release there is no mention of hemp based products. It says cellulose based products. It is not clear what that means. I suppose we can assume that it means hemp when they speak of cellulose.
