Hundreds have dropped today from Current Info to Pink Limited due to the new OTCID requirements that took effect today.

As of today, NW Tech Capital, Inc. has the Pink Yield designation.

Did the same nitwit just buy 2M shares at $.0001 or is this a different nitwit?

Based on the information available and the upcoming changes to the OTC Markets tiers, the chances of NW Tech Capital, Inc. (NWTT) retaining its current status and not falling to a lower tier as of July 1st, 2025, appear extremely low, if not virtually zero.

Meanwhile, some nitwit bought over 5 million shares of this ticker today.

He'll have to if he wants to maintain status quo. But like you said, he may just not care enough and let it drop to Limited Info. Unfortunately, Yengo will be able to continue reporting under "regulation crowdfunding", instead of submitting 10-Qs and 10-Ks which I think is ridiculous.

But at least the TA will have to update the SS under the Verification Program.

NW Tech Capital, Inc. doesn't even verify its profile, let alone publish anything else, so it will most likely lose its 'Pink Current' status as of July 1st and move to 'Pink Limited' or 'Expert Market.' Cedric Yengo has buried this ticker with his inactivity and inability to get any business off the ground.

Nothing posted on X since March 10. Borrrrrring.

Anyone can see by the chart you included that the stock was at $.0006 when he took over the ticker. Now people are dumping shares from their accounts at $.000001. Ya gotta love the OTC.

And where does he get the money to be a philanthropist? All he has is time to donate to any cause. Because he sure doesn't work full time looking for lithium.
