Ya I saw you've posted that before but I can't find any mention of that rule at all. Cam you site which finally rule # it is?

SEC passed a new rule effective this year, non-filing companies will be removed from being listed. SEC is going thru lists right now and eventually w/o financials this company will be put to final rest.

As far as I can find there is no rule that runs them the risk of getting suspended? Just rumors. Looking back through this forum and searching, I can't find anything specific on it

But if they did release news, now thats a different ball game..id expect $$$ here very quickly

But why would anyone buy when there is risk of been suspended and they havent released news in years..there a public company only in name everything else they do is private

Theyre on track to have their best year ipo/listing wise, based on their websites and the ipos and listing by year. Wish I knew more about how they structured/managed these

They havent reported anything in 5 or 6 years..so i wouldnt expect too much

Doesn't sound like you guys own shares. I actually care about what happens to mine. They have public shares. They should report. Especially being a company that operates in this space.

I am good with that if it happens.

Nobody would take over, they'd go private and the symbol would be available for another company.

I'd say they prefer operating privately since they are making money and have no need for a stock market.

Relinquish so another company can take over. Thats an option. This share structure is awesome.

Not necessarily...do they really need to be public...they act like a private company anyways, so why not just relinquish the ticker

If they do start filing the L2 is very thin and a small share structure. $1 easy from excitement. IMO.

If they ever communciate or file then rapid ly over a dollar a share..i just hope they do something with the SEC timeline looming..

Loved seeing that 450K order on the bid at .26 this afternoon. Haven't seen it since the bid has been raised to.261 but I suspect its still lurking

I emailed them asking if they plan to file anything this quarter or soon. Long shot, but I'll let you know. Love all the volume starting to come in though!

Thin!!!!!..if they update filings , thats a big if...this will be in dollars...massive company just never filed...

Suspended, then onto the greys, which is the graveyard...

Need to get filings up to date before June i think ,latest Sept. And since these never release anything or comminciate anything..i wouldn't be holding my breath for a positive outcome..but you never know, one filing from them and this would rocket

also, say it does get suspended. What happens to the shares? Usually they get kicked down to OTC. But since this is a PINK, not sure what happens to shareholder value
